Hi All,
My entry for Indian dancer in CDC.
"Therukoothu kalaingar“ means Street Drama Performer.
It is a "Folk Art" form in Tamilnadu- India. They perform singing, dancing, dialogue delivery and they convey the story along with co performers. They have a unique form of dialogue delivery and phrases too. But unfortunately they are rare now, due to modernization. I love their costumes, dialogues and performances :)
