My story is up! :) I’m still working on the first chapter, but it should be done sometime this week. Here’s the summary!

For the sake of the last few people of her family. She forced herself into a life that she wanted no part of. Or that anyone with the right mind did.

At the age of 17, she was trained to a pulp. If she as so much showed sympathy. BANG! A family member dies. If she failed one of her missions, BANG! Another one is dead. This was drilled in her head every day. They trained her to be a monster so she became one. At least, that's what everyone believed.

Now at the age of 20, she's known as "Reina", Queen, for anyone that she encounters bows down to her feet, begging for mercy.

Emotionless as she was, she knew how to play her cards right. She was a demon disguised as an angel.

Smart and fast is how she killed and with just the sound of her heels striking the pavement you knew you were good as dead.

She felt no remorse towards anyone who isn't family. Until, she encountered him. He became her everything. He became the sanity she needed and the volition to fight back for the life that was stolen from her.

This exchange perfectly captures Everlark. When Katniss feels confined Peeta finds a way to give her what she needs. Gale would pout and rage at the unfairness of being trapped. Peeta makes the best of their last moments of freedom, gives her one last gift before the Games. He gives her an entire day of relaxation even though they are about to enter a death match. That's peak Having An Effect on someone. This really goes back to Peeta's character though and what makes him so dangerous. Peeta is a true rebel because he will not be shackled by Snow's system. He does not give into hopelessness, he creates a beautiful moment within tragic conditions.
