In Satlok, the soul attains complete salvation, which is impossible in Swargalok and Brahmalok. The souls of Swargalok and Brahmalok remain bound in the cycle of birth and death, while in Satlok the soul attains salvation.

Satlok Vs Heaven Moksha is the place where there is no pain of birth, death and old age. According to Gita Chapter 8 Verse 16, even the beings who go to Swargalok and Brahmalok are reborn. At the same time, according to Gita Chapter 18 Verse 62, the place of salvation is Satlok where there is no pain but there is ultimate peace.
