I loved them but I also liked Kyoko and Cleste, as well as Fuyuhiko and Gundam,” She hums, before grinning at him and finger gunning. “If you played Another Episode and V3: I also loved Jataro and Nagisa as well as Shuichi, Kokichi, Amami and Gonta. Though, I also liked all the other protags.”

“Ah, I actually haven’t played V3 yet sadly. I haven’t gotten around to buying a copy which makes me sad. I hear it’s really good!” He paused. “Ah, my name’s Anthony by the way! But, my friends call me Tony, so you can call me that if you like.”

“Oh, I um, really liked Aoi from the first game and Ibuki from the second game.. they were pretty cool.” He said with a chuckle, happy to have found someone he could talk about the game with. “What about you?”

  “Mint? That’s–” Don’t say weird, Noemi won’t say it. Even though the taste itself was … different in her opinion. Instead of speaking, she drags her tongue across the melting side. When was the last time she had ice cream this good? Would it be too strange to moan–? Noemi covers her mouth with her hand, “Mint leaves a strange taste in my mouth, like I’m brushing my teeth while eating ice cream!”

“Huh.. I guess I can understand why you might see it that way.” He probably shouldn’t have, but he couldn’t help but take in her actions. It was a weird habit of his, observing people’s movements. The way she covered her mouth, all that. He shrugged. “It was my mom’s favorite. Guess I got it from her.”

   “Blueberry flavored ice cream is one of the best.” Perhaps it was a bit hard to make friends, friends that didn’t know she was once apart of Hydra unwillingly; an assassin even now. But pretending to be normal made her feel actual content. “But it’s hard to find it, so when I do, it’s like heaven.” With that, the woman licks at her cone, humming as green eyes widen at the delicious taste.

He looked up from his cone to listen to what she was saying. “I guess it is pretty good.” He said with a shrug. It was a pretty hot day out today, so he was glad to have the chance to get some ice cream with Noemi. “I prefer mint chocolate chip though. It’s always been my favorite.”

   “No…No. I was told he’s made out of millions of spiders.” Noemi glances away, keeping her expression blank despite the fact she wanted nothing more than to laugh at her own words. “Besides, there’s no proof he’s really human either, right? So it’s not far fetched.”

There was only one logical conclusion to her words. One scientifically proven fact that could go along with the things coming out of her mouth.

She was messing with him.

“Uh.. sure.. ha ha..” He said with a nervous laugh. This was really dumb but whatever. “S-So um.. you never told me your name..?”

   “…he’s made out of spiders.” Noemi’s response was soft, carefully spoken when she slides a palm over her wrist, rubbing. “Or so I heard.” It wasn’t the real reason she disliked the hero, albeit she would admit he did do good. It was all personal.

He stared at her for a moment. Did... did he hear that right? Made of spiders..? “I..” He wasn’t sure how to say what he was going to say next. “I.. can’t help but feel like you’re misinterpreting the name Spider-Man..”

   “You did quote him.” Noemi’s gaze narrowed, brows furrowed upon hearing him say Spider-Man was cool. “He’s…gross.” She can’t help but blurt, pushing locks of black from her shoulder with a shrug, “isn’t he– a menace to society or something?” She adds, as if that would explain her dislike for the hero.

“Huh? Gross?” Well ouch. That wasn’t gonna do much to boost the self confidence. “I don’t think he’s a menace.. He does a lot of good for people, y’know? What’s your problem with Spider-Man?”

"Anthony.." She giggled. She once again was lingering in his dorm room, curled against him, and her lips soon met his. Fingers through his hair as she sighed happily against his lips. Deepening it and groaning as her fingers ran along his chest. This was all he was comfortable with, so she would take every bit of affection she could take.

“Huh? What’s up Dez-” Oh. OH. This was.. certainly not expected. Sure, he’d gotten used to it at this point but it wasn’t the first thing he expected when she called out to him. Though, he eagerly returned that kiss as his arm snaked around her waist. Finally pulling away, he let out a bit of a laugh. “Well someone sure knows how to get my attention.”

“Don’t worry about it, it doesn’t hurt, I’m just glad I didn’t hurt you,” She stood up and shot the young man a smile, almost as though the burn of hot coffee wasn’t effecting her - it very much was though, one of the many issues of having a human body.- and holding the hot coffee mug now lacking half it’s contents. “If anyone’s at fault, it’s people who put the lids on inproperly,” a hum and she pauses. “I wouldn’t reccomend that. It fell on my chest, I wouldn’t want you getting arrested for a misunderstanding.” …She should stop making jokes like that.

Well that only served to fluster him more. She may have said it didn’t hurt but still that stuff was usually scalding! Why did she have to make a comment like that? “What?? N-No it’s not like that, I just, uh, I j-just..!” He wasn’t trying to do anything weird! He held out the towel to her. “H-Here.. Y-You can take it, I don’t need it.”

Being a goddess was easy. Being a goddess in a human vessal was not, but she made her decision and she will stick with it even if it meant bumping into people made her fall over, unlike her usual firm stance and big smirks when one did so- but at the very least, she kept her weight and that made the boy who bumped into her fall over too. She didn’t want him hurt, but it at least said she was still enough of a force to send someone back. “Are you okay?” Well, she’s the one who had blistering hot coffee poured on her chest but sure, she’ll check on him first.

Anthony sure was caught off guard from bumping into the other person. So much so that he actually stumbled and feel backwards. Way to go spidey, that enhanced balance is treating you real well isn’t it? He let out a sigh and stood, brushing himself off. “Yeah, I’m fine, tha-” It was then he noticed the coffee that had been spilled on her. “H-Hey! What about you?? You spilled hot coffee all over you!” He was reaching into his bag for a towel. “Oh geez I’m so sorry, I didn’t mean to- here let me help you clean up at least..!”

Oh crap. That was not the best thing to say. “What? Me? Nooo. I mean, sure he’s kinda cool I guess but I mean I’m not some loser who just goes around quoting super heroes!” He said with a nervous chuckle. “No I just mean I ah.. Well, I am a college student.. and.. the other thing..”

Her fingers were clutching at her dress so tightly her already porcelain knuckles were pure white, but she waited to reveal just what on Earth his big secret could be.. But this wasn’t even her deepest secret, but this was still something that made her quite uncomfortable.  And when he jumped and stuck to the ceiling she widened her eyes. The man she had sang a Disney medley with in the park.. The man whose first kiss she had taken.. And whose bed she stole even if no funny business happened.. Was the Web-Slinging hero himself. “I..” Didn’t even know how to process this information. What did you even say to that? Either way it did get her to focus on something other than herself for a second. “…See.”

The silence was just killing him at this point. Did she not have anything else to say to that? Was she too stunned? He couldn’t blame her though.. not every day you find out a super hero’s identity, right? Oh geez, he hoped she wouldn’t tell anyone.. No, she seemed to be good at keeping secrets at least.

“Um..” He cleared his throat, letting out a nervous chuckle. Okay Brooks, you can break the tension. How hard could it be. “See.. I just ah.. um.. Y’know, sometimes I like to hang around.”

Most were completely eager for her to leave.. Especially those who had a girlfriend or a wife they had to return to. She wasn’t a good woman.. not in the least.. But he seemed determined to still be her friend. Her fingers uncurled against the skirt of her dress.  “…” He did call out her lie. To be fair she wasn’t trying to sleep with him. If she took his first kiss.. He probably hadn’t slept with someone, and even she felt she could have convinced him to sleep with her HAD that been her intention. “..Alright.. What is it..? Your secret..?” She whispered and her arms hugged herself.  She needed that touch to ground herself, but at the same time should he touch her she was afraid she’d shatter.

Okay. This is it Anthony. The end of the line. Either she was gonna stay after this, or she was gonna tell everyone she knew. He let out a sigh as he stepped away from her. “Okay.. here it goes.. but just.. promise you won’t freak out, okay?”

Then, he jumped. Right up to the ceiling. Not only that he was.. sticking to it. Standing on the ceiling of his dorm room, like a spider would. “The truth is Dez.. I’m Spider-Man.”
