HOW DOES TOBY ‘STILL HAVE THE CAPACITOR’ USED TO CAPTURE LIGHTNING IF KREL BROUGHT IT TO SCHOOL AS A PHYSICS PROJECT/HOMEWORK ASSIGNMENT?
I know i know continuity errors and all that but golly wolly i could talk about a new one every day
What are you? I'm interested in calling you a slur
Sorry i have a boyfriend
Something that I’ve been thinking about for years is the fact that Toby’s nana is AT LEAST 120 years old at the time of 3below. She says that she was a spy during World War 1. Is nana Domzalski an eldritch being or is her vitamin intake spectacular?
They called me crispy in high school
I wonder what Jim would have done in life if he never found the amulet. And no, none of that "going back to the first thanksgiving to get turkeys off the menu" crap that RoTT did.
For several years, i have been thinking about how, at least in my own perspective, Eli Pepperjack would have driven himself insane. At no one’s particular fault, imagine a boy that knew he was right, and was bullied beyond belief for it. He never gave up. He knew. And that is what drove him, it is all he needed.
So imagine the day when someone that initially and casually, from ones’ own perspective, did not care, got to be the one that found the truth - was fed it immediately only to be the saviour of something that was given, handed, to their life.
He never hated Jim. He couldn’t. He knew what was at stake and besides, he was physically stronger. Jim had the capability. It’s the denial, the secrets, the pushing him to the side, the waiting that made him snap.
The only one that ever paid attention was the one labelled as insane. These crazy conspiracy fanatics. Such a shame…
I briefly met a guy called who was genuinely called James Lake this summer and BOY did he think i was insane.
After a hard long day, even as the Trollhunter, sometime’s you need that little bit of escapism to feel that touch brighter.
Fun fact! just as Gun Robot is Toby’s favourite film, Jim’s is his worlds Httyd. Evidence from the picture of toothless on the home page of his laptop at the end of episode one!
So I head-cannon he listens to the music when he has had a particularly harsh day, and needs to take his mind elsewhere.
This is cannon in my mind.
And I love it!
Idk if this is too niche but how many people know that the Archimidian Aar was actually three wars fought between Athens and Sparta because of the one the only Waltolomew Stricklander
I can imagine that Jim and Toby explained the concept of internet trolls to Blinky and AAARRRGGHH in the early days, and there was a bit of a kerfuffle.
Blinky: “Nonsense! The misconception of all trolls being mischievous and unfriendly is strongly outdated and inconsiderate!”
Thus the evolution of the Arcadia-exclusive terminology of InternetGummGumms.
TALES OF ARCADIA PARK CLEANUP
So yeah, every time they have a battle, or even just the occasion of springtime coming around, they have ✨park cleanup✨
Zoe and Krel take charge. They make checklists, assign tasks based on individual strengths and efficiency.
Jim sweeps stuff and then makes dinner for everyone that helped.
I have a feeling that Toby and AAARRRGGH would have a great time recycling.
The chess team spend six hours fixing the birdhouses and nothing else.
Claire makes sure the animals are alright, helps adjust habitats if damaged.
Eli has had architectural reconstruction blueprints for this place for the last five years. He is secretly thrilled.
“No, Hisirdoux, no you can not be ‘entertainment’.”
Douxie then does Magic Infrastructure Fixy Stuff™
Steve was originally carrying things, then swapped jobs with Claire because he got bored.
Archie is just helpful in every capacity.
Blinky is accident prone, and thinks he’s being more helpful than he actually is.
Zoe Ashildr recruited the Arcadia kiddos, taught them to follow Douxie around every fourth Thursday for three hours, narrating his life for him in the style of the ‘dAy iN tHe LiFe Of A tRuE bReXiT gEeZeR’ video.
He secretly enjoys it but will never tell a soul. Archie seethes.
It utterly destroyed everything I loved about it-
Doux and Zoe will never not have a hefty supply of hair dye and piercing kits for the occasions of an emotional crisis for either them, or their little Arcadia kiddos.
Oh yeah, theyre totally responsible for Arcadia’s new generation of punks.
They make a club and everything on the history and culture.
🤘
There is absolutely a universe where Douxie and Zoe were temporary supply/substitute teachers at Arcadia Oaks High…
Except it’s AFTER they’ve saved the world with the Arcadia kids.
Zoe: Domzalski is that gum you’re chewing?
Toby: i literally saved your life last week.
Zoe: go to the next classroom. Get out of my sight.
And it’s just Douxie and the kiddos in the next room watching Bohemian Rhapsody. They have a scheme to save them from algebra or whatever dumb shit they’re doing.
i wish all my beloved followers and mutuals a very “you find a fic that has the exact premise and characterization you’ve always wanted to see but never had the energy to write yourself and it’s really good and just as long as you want to read”
