Head canons on Lily Luna and Hugo? I really love those two <3

they’re the best of friends. no explanation needed here.

Hugo is dead quiet most of the time so a lot of people in his year in Gryffindor don’t know him at all. but whenever he has classes with the Hufflepuffs and gets to be around Lily Luna, he becomes himself again, and the look on the Gryffindors’ faces when shy little Hugo becomes a snarky arsehole is hilarious.

Hugo likes to pretend he’s a snobby git but Lily always puts him in his place gently enough to remind him that he really is a good guy deep down.

Lily Luna is absolutely a dreamer, whereas Hugo is firmly realistic and logical. They open each other up to different ideas, Lily always talking about fantastic ideas and hopes and Hugo always talking about the beauty in the simplicity of life. 

Hugo comes off as a pessimist and Lily Luna comes off as an optimist, but if Lily is upset and Hugo is trying to cheer her up, he’ll start talking like an optimist which just goes to show that he’s not as one-sided as he seems. 

Lily Luna is the only person that Hugo felt truly comfortable around. When he finally told her that he was asexual she didn’t really understand. Once he explained it to her, she was incredibly accepting and quickly tried to find ways to make him feel more comfortable around other people. He now feels a bit more at ease with the general public, but she is still his only confidante. 

If you dare mess with one of them, the other will END you.

Out of all the siblings in the clan, the Potters have the worst fights and family vacations are often punctured by screaming matches between the trio. James and Lily are short-tempered, but Albus has a slow boil which will ultimately explode if you get him pissed enough.

Teddy has a really wonderful relationship with all of the Potters, he’s like their fun older brother and they consider him the fourth sibling.

James gets along best with Ginny because of his love for quidditch and the fact that he is almost as intimidating as she is. Harry gets fed up with his attitude.

Lily Luna gets along equally wonderfully with both her parents, but also has more fights with them because she just does NOT hold back. 

And what do I need to say about Al’s relationship with his parents that Jo didn’t already tbh nothing. Nevertheless, Ginny and Harry love all of their children equally. 

The first people Albus told when he realized he was bisexual were James and Lily Luna. He really expected them to tease him a little bit, but was surprised when they both had the exact same reaction: hugging him and promising that it would not change anything.

i have always the weasley girls to be quite jealous of lily luna. i mean she would have the hot looks, the famous dad, the brains and grades, the boy's attention and the pride of the family even though she proboaly isn't even a gryf but a 'puff. she would constantly be in witch weekly for her fashion, elegant, class, charity and kindness. she would be a role model to young girls. has a really soft and angelic voice but really fierce. scorpius malfoy maybe??? wink wink

I IMAGINE LILY LUNA AS LILY COLLINS. SHE WOULD BE A LOVELY HUFFLEPUFF BUT QUITE BAD ASS. POTIONS GENIUS. CARING, INSANELY BEAUTIFUL AND ALL ROUND AMAZING. so initially Victoire is ice she’s just all i’m better than you don’t fuck with me but if you do mess with her or somebody she cares about, which is rare because she’s terrifying, she just tears you apart she’s like a sleeping dragon man. and she gets all fiery when she’s talking about the things she loves too. 

Molly is one of the easier ones to see the fire in because her eyes flash and she’s friggin great at telling people off and she can seem like a total bitch because she just tells it like it is and she’s really sharp about it you know.

Roxanne is probably the most traditionally fiery one. She’s like a tiger, she’s fiercely protective of all the cousins, even the older ones, and she’s the best quidditch player in the family and she’s competitive and playful and snarky in a sweet way and just a queen

Lucy is just a rebel, she’s always calling people on their bs and finding causes to support and she thinks everything is fucked up but she just kind of accepts it all the way it is and makes it her own.

Dominique has a quiet fire. Dominique is the definition of quiet fire. Because at first she’s all quiet and sweet and scared to hurt you, but if you really look at her long enough you see the fire in her because she’s so tough and puts her whole soul into everything she does.

Rose is the definition of selfless bravery which comes with a fire of it’s own. Like I mean if you were to call her worthless she would be like “bitch, please” but if you called Lily Luna or Albus or Scorpius worthless she would tear you into little pieces and eat you for dinner. She’s passionate or “fiery” about the people she loves and that’s where she gets most of her drive, it’s from them and it’s for them

Lily Luna is another sleeping dragon. At first she’s just innocent and sweet but the more you find out about her, the bolder she becomes and the braver she becomes and that’s when you see the fire that sleeps inside of her, like she channels it into everything and maybe that’s why people underestimate her so much because she just puts all of her fire into other things but don’t make the mistake of thinking she isn’t a dragon anymore because mess with something she cares about and prepare to have your ego torn apart.

lily prefers to be called lily luna because she feels it gives her a separation from her grandmother. she loved the memory of lily, but she just wants to have her own place too.

lily and hugo are basically the same person they just show it in opposite ways; lily being all sweet and outgoing on the outside while keeping all her bad thoughts inside, but hugo being quiet and snarky but keeping all his nice thoughts on the inside. this is how they’re so close because they are truly themselves around each other

albus and lily having deep heart to hearts and albus being the only person in the immediate the family who sees her as like a full person and it being bittersweet because he wants her to be his baby sister but she just isn’t anymore oh mY GOD THE FEELS

None of the Weasley-Potter girls were perfect. Victoire suffered from anxiety attacks. Dominique had depression which led to self-harm for a while. Lily had a fiery temper which got her into trouble a lot. Rose was almost too anti-social for her own good, it took a lot of effort to get her outside to have some fun. Roxanne was a troublemaker. Molly suffered from panic attacks due to the pressure that was put on her by her parents. Lucy rebelled against everyone and everything; her parents, teachers, school, work and so on. Despite this, they all loved and supported each other like any family should do.
