First Theory:
“EACH ‘PURPLE GUY’ IS A DIFFERENT INDIVIDUAL”
This theory plays off an older theory I had. What if Animatronics can’t distinguish between adult humans? They seem to see all Children the same exact way, so why not adults? Maybe to the Animatronics, all...
SEND THE LOVE AROUND
A few weeks ago I was feeling pretty down. I was having trouble with a person and I was feeling very underappreciated as an artist, and while I did have my problems, it pissed me a lot. But instead of feeling sorry for myself (for once) I started thinking about other great, awesome artists I followed who could be feeling even shittier and not believing in themselves.
I admire them; each one of them. Each had their own perks that made themselves and what they create special. And I realized that hell, I love being told what people like in my work. Not just “you’re so good”, but “I love the way you draw this and that”. At that moment, I really wished someone would come over and tell me that. How many other artists around weren’t feeling that way, at that moment?
So the messaging started. I never wrote a model message, they were all personal. And the answers were all personal too. People who responded sounded honestly happy someone took time to tell them what they admired in them, and told them never to give up no matter what. The ones who didn’t, well - I know they liked it, because it was from the bottom of my heart.
So after this time debating if I should write this little thing or not, I made it. I don’t know if there’s anythig similar around, but if it does, take this as a reinforcement. It’s not a campaign, nor a meme, nor will it grant you favours from your favorite artists. Please, don’t do anything if it’s for interest. Instead, look at the artist as another human being who struggles with daily life and yet make such beautiful things you admire so much. Call them by their name, tell them what you like in them. Or draw, paint, write or compose a lil’ something for them. Doesn’t matter. Show appreciation.
Send the love around to those who inspire you.
(sorry for any mistakes, English is not my mother tongue and it’s a bit rusty)
Alright, can everyone help my friend out here?

Could you relate?
I am not a young person, I should have my life figured out by now but yet here I am moving back in with my parents, I’m going to lose my job so I have no way to pay my bills. I feel like I am failing everyone in my life.
My one bright spot was the few people online that felt like friends, that I could freely talk to without worrying who they would tell, who create the most amazing art. Yet now it feels like they don’t even want to talk to me even though I need someone to talk to the most right now. I know they have their own lives and I don’t want them to feel like they have to talk to me. I don’t want to force anyone to talk with me, I just want someone who would be willing to at least listen.
It would be nice to know that I’m not crazy because I’m scared to drag my family down in my failures. It would be nice to just talk about anything so I don’t think about what it might be like to put a gun in my mouth, or to go drown, or to feel like everyone is going to leave me, to just up an abandon me.
I don’t like having the images in my head, yet..........I don’t know if I can get close to anyone, I’m scared to get close to anyone. I know I’m strange, I have felt like I have been alone so long that I don’t even know how to talk to anyone.
I don’t know what to do, I feel so lost in life even though I know I have people who love me, who want me to live and be happy. I just don’t know anymore. I need help so badly......please, somebody, anyone?
ahh yes the basketball. males 12+ only. nice
Except there’s a difference between men’s basketballs and women’s basketballs because women have smaller hands women’s balls have a smaller diameter while men have larger hands and their basketballs have larger diameters
yo ok what she said my bad
That was the most mature dispute I have ever seen on the internet
Tumblr, you’ve done it.
They have men’s basketballs, women’s basketballs, and youth sized basketballs. Just like they have different sized footballs for different ages.
Equality does not mean everyone gets the same thing because we are all inherently different. Equality is recognizing differences and making sure everyone gets the same opportunity based on those differences, which isn’t always “equal”.

quick lil tutorial on color
As I promised, part 2 is finally done yayyy!!! ‘Course by no means is this the last Artistic Anatomy post I’ll be doing! I am planning on doing more so don’t worry about that (I’m thinking of the arms or the chest next, or the neck and shoulders (my personal favorite hehe)). But for now part 2 yeah! Hopefully it’s not too confusing, but if it is digest it in little bits as not to be overwhelmed! Baby steps! In the future i’ll look to see if i can make these downloadable so they’re not shit quality but for now please bare with me ;v;
But like I said in the last bit, I can only provide you with the facts, and you’ll only get better at drawing hands if you actually draw them from life and practice, observe, and especially learn to understand them. It takes initiative and self-discipline, but the result is well worth all the effort!! So just have fun and good luck! ^o^
Artistic Anatomy: Hands Part 1
that’s sum good piss I tell you waht
give me more peepee
Wow, people will believe anything these days.
I always struggled drawing hands before anyone told me what to do. So here is a HANDy dandy drawing reference to see the steps on an actual hand. There are three big muscles in the palm. The thumb lump is most important because without it you’ll never even get the shape right. Circle up the knuckles and draw bendy lines (red) to connect them. Make sure the fingers go from medium-tall-short-shortest just slightly (index=>pinky finger). Notice the big red squareish shape around the palm-that’s the first thing I do. Note: every infer has 2 knuckles don’t forget the thumb does too…just in a weird way.
HOLY SHIT
Sometimes a friend with depression will say no to a lot of things and decline all or most of your invitations. This can make you feel like you’re overstepping boundaries and should immediately leave them alone until they reach out to you themselves. Pay attention to this feeling: it’s true that when people keep saying no to things you ask, it’s probably a good idea to stop asking. However, depression can also cause people to say no while wishing they could say yes. The way to deal with this is not to assume, but to just ask directly: “You’ve said no the past few times I’ve invited you to do something. That’s okay, but I just wanted to check: would you like me to keep inviting you?” I’ve done this before with other people dealing with depression and found that they often respond that they do want me to keep asking, and they hope that one of these days they’ll be able to say yes.
