I made this new blog, where i tell the story of my civilization v game from the beginning as nomad tribe up to ruler of the galaxy, im using screenshots from my actual game and make up a story as i go

i would highly appreciated it if you can give it a look and follow it, read it, laugh about it, cry with me and ask questions to my canon, also i plan on giving a little education in polynesian culture, add pictures and other form of media as i go

Overwatch and Shadow Tactics- well. I guess Genji will make a cool addition to the Ninja Stealth Team, and who knows! Maybe Zenyatta can come along. Plus, Sombra and Reaper and Widow can /probably/ do stealthy things too- overall, though, the cast of overwatch would be ass at stealth assassainations.

And my perk tree appears to be broken

At all, ever, no matter what my level is

They’re completely broken and can’t have points put into them

See that one with the star next to it like I have one rank in it? That’s Scrapper, I’m supposed to have 3 points in it, it isn’t functioning at all

Does anyone know what this is and how to fix it? It’s like this on all of my saves, and I don’t have any mods that alter perks in any way.

Except one that removes level requirements on them, but I’ve tried turning that off and it didn’t fix this bug.
