Intro post!

We've been here a while and over the course of time this has become an OSSD/System and Alterhuman/Otherkin blog. So this is what this blog is about now, lol. Sorry to anyone who followed us for the moss or goblincore stuff, it's okay if you unfollow. Edit: Also blog about multiple mental/physical disabilities.

We are a System. We have/had a working DiD diagnosis with a previous Therapist, we are now seeing a new therapist who should be able to confirm. We are currently unsure if we're a DiD or OSDD System.

Some of us within the system are non-human and have found much comfort in the Alterhuman or Otherkin community. So we are going to collectively share this Blog.

Edit: We are also Undiagnosed AuDHD with PDA Type (again we've done extended research). We're also Hard of Hearing. And Physically disabled with Thoracic Degenerative Disc Disease and from undiagnosed/unknown conditions.

Abysmal (Abyss for short) They/Them. Polymorphic Shadowkin. Is ageless/age slider. Minor Forest Deity. Favorite colors are Green, Brown, and Black. Loves Bread, Moss, Slugs, and Isopods. Has inner world / headspace memories. Role is emotional protector.

AN (pronounced Ann) TW: Death and Car Accidents. She/They. Ghostkin. Is 19+ years old. Split / died from when the body was in a very bad car accident we should have died from. Favorite colors are Black, White, and Pastels. Loves candles/incense, the attic, singing, and bread (too). Has memories from before dying we think. Role is Trauma Holder for Car/Driving PTSD.

Rosemary, She/Her. Vampire/Succubus kin. Ageless/Forever-Young (is old AF lol). Favorite colors are Red, Black, and Pink. Likes interior design, chocolate covered cherries, Love-Poems, flowers. Doesn't really have past memories as far as we know. Role is Sexual Protector.

Ideas for the divine who are interested in worshipping themselves, but unsure of where to start.

Devotional jewelry, or jewelry worn in expression of faith. This can be anything from a necklace you resonate with, handmade or otherwise, all the way down to keychains presenting your image, whatever that may mean for you.

The burning of a candle that corresponds to who or what you are. A step further would be sigils carved into the wax, color symbolism, and (safely) added herbs.

An altar. Doesn't have to be a big production, pocket altars and shoebox altars are common. Even digital altars, which can be a picture collage, a document with your writing, or even a playlist.

Offerings. Can be as simple as buying yourself a treat or as elaborate as creating a ritual of passing something over to yourself. Making food for yourself can also be a part of this. Creating art for or of yourself can be a part of this.

If you have a color that's tied to your identity, you could try adding it to your wardrobe or your space. The same could be said for a shape or symbol.

If you're into forms of divination, you could try tuning into yourself as a source of information. Even if you don't particularly care for those things, it might be an interesting test of self reflection.

Journaling and scrapbooking are always a good start for developing a more stable relationship with yourself. It could be about your divinity, it could be about other things.

Create a blog that's all about you. Post art, poems, whatever it is your heart desires as a form of devotional action for yourself.

If a specific object like crystals, rocks, fossils, pens, etc, is something you find connected to yourself, start a collection.

And, of course, taking better care of yourself when you can. Drinking more water, brushing your hair... it can be finally picking up that piece of trash in the corner of your room. It can be brushing your teeth, or just swishing water in your mouth to remove the surface layer of gunk. It could be splashing water on your face. It could be changing out your clothes. It could be reminding yourself that you're worthy of being alive.

For those who have missed it, a tourist in Hawaii decided it would be fun to chuck a rock (a BIG rock) at a monk seal. He missed, but he was captured on video, and when told it was illegal to interfere with them, said "I'm rich, I can pay the fine."

Is the best part that he got doxxed? No.

Is the best part that he got tracked down by a local and beaten? No.

Arrested on state at federal charges, looking at up to 5 years and 50K? Nope.

The best part is the local city council's reaction.

And the best part of that is the look on the attorney's face.

strangely, the thing I get most 'dysphoric' about species-wise isn't like, being able to walk through walls or anything - I'm totally fine using doors - or interacting with objects physically. it's people being able to see me. like what the fuck, hey, you're not supposed to be able to do that. stop it.
