My first time making deviled potatoes. π₯ Not too shabby. I used small gold potatoes pre cooked and cooled. Cut in half length wise and used a tablespoon measure to scoop out the middles. Mixed the middle parts together with some spicy brown mustard, yellow mustard, vegan Mayo, pickle juice, salt (next time Iβll use kala namak for an eggy flavor), and black pepper. All seasonings are to taste. Start with a little and taste as you go.
