Minecraft sea turtles, when bred, will always try to travel back to the beach where they themselves spawned in to lay their eggs. You can place turtle eggs in a chosen location and when they hatch they will consider that their home point to return to. With this, you could theoretically do messenger turtles with your friends by having turtles hatch at each of your home bases and then swapping turtles. If they want to get a message to you, they can breed your turtle and it will return to your base. The only thing is that you can’t actually attach anything to a turtle so the only thing you can actually message your friends would be turtle eggs on their lawn. Unless you changed the name of the turtle to reflect your message so a “CHECK YOUR DMS” could appear on your front yard which would be medieval considering there’s a chat feature in the game already. Plus the whole process would be so stupid in general and you would have to keep swapping turtles. I think people should do this however
I was exploring some ocean ruins when I noticed the roof of a village house hiding on a cliffside, and found an entire underground community inside a lush cave! (ft photobombing allays)
conveniently, I got an empty map from the ruins so I opened it up and...
there's nothing on the surface but paths

i definitely think minecraft won't be the game for everyone in the end and that's just how things are no problem but i do think *some* people who don't get the hype of it just need to play with their friends and build a house with them. its also for doing things like this.

i dont remember the source, b/c ive had this for like years, but i suggest messing around with these roofs with different shapes/sizes of buildings
in fact, you can mix and match and have one roof with a side room with a different roof on it

Basically made this because the Wings mod STILL doesn't have a 1.18.2 port, and I don't use Fabric so I can't use the Icarus mod either

I think we should pick penguins for the minecraft mob vote because they speed up boat travel and that's going to be extremely funny.
A very popular method of travel is ice roads on the nether roof traversed by boat, and penguins would increase boat speed, this would logically lead to people luring penguins into the nether and trapping massive numbers of penguins alongside their ice roads to speed up their roads. Creating a horribly unethical method of travel fueled by trapping penguins in hell.
I think this would be incredibly funny and we should all work to make it happen.
