 Naturally, Volo had heard about Kyvo’s situation. Having traveled far and wide, it seemed inevitable. Rather than afraid, he was more curious, and rather envious of this power Kyvo seemed to possess. Which leads to Volo actively seeking this person out. Perhaps for selfish reasons. To be graced by Arceus with such a talent…. it was quite unfair.

 Although having spot the boy, he takes notice of the Pokemon tagging along with Kyvo. An idea popped into the wielder’s mind at that moment, perhaps he could find out more about this ability if he had his hands on one of Kyvo’s Pokemon.

 So… he decides to attempt to snatch one of them up, looming in closer…

 Volo immediately freezes when he makes eye contact with the Zorua who had already turned it’s head and sensed his presence. Mission failed.

When Kyvo notices him after, he ceases his attempt and puts on his picture perfect smile. ‘‘Your Pokemon are simply so adorable, I couldn’t resist an opportunity to pet them. My apologies if I startled you.’‘ Lying came as easy as breathing for him really. Hopefully that excuse would suffice and make him appear less suspicious.

Of Course, Seeing Zoura's Movement from the Corner of his Eyes were Enough to make him Halt - as the Fox did - and Look at Volo with a Sharp Gaze. Yet Darumaka had Tripped up, but Soon Managed to Stand back up and Hold onto Kyvos' Lower Leg, Hiding behind him as she Peered at the Blonde.

This Stranger wanted to...Pet them? His...What? Pokemon? These are his Friends. Why give a Insignificant Name to Beings who are Befriended. Yet, It was more Confusing Upon the Name giving. Why call them Pokemon of all Things? Kyvos hasn't a Clue as he Reached Down and Picked up Zoura, Placing him Upon his Shoulder as he Kept a Tense Frame, Despite Looking Delicate and Weak. After all, he must not let his Guard Down.

"I'll Admit - You're Quite Fearless for Wanting to Pet My Friend. Usually People hadn't Desired to do that."

They never did. Too Afraid of the Repercussions. Or that's what he Believes.

Giovanni had acquired a friend–a Wurmple perched upon his shoulder.  It would be wrong to say that Giovanni wanted it there, but it was choosing to accompany him and it wasn’t bothering him so he permitted it to stay.  

He tried not to intrude too much upon the stranger’s hiding place; but coexisting had a benefit within the wilds; a secondary layer preventing a slow death if incapacitated.

Friends were useful.

He stared off into the distance; watching the wind blow through the grass, the trees; the occasional Pokémon peeking out from the leaves or foliage.

“Do you ever feel as if you’ve forgotten something important?  And yet, by the simple nature of forgetting, have no means to recall what it is that nags at you, or even a vague idea of what it may be?”
