What if Haymitch and Effie attempted to sleep together for the first time back in District 13 and Haymitch has an almost fatal allergic reaction to her strawberry body butter.

And then Katniss and Peeta - totally confused - visit him at Thirteen’s hospital and he’s royally pissed and feeling awful but still tries to lie like “Yeah! I use body butter, alright! You go ahead and judge me, see if I care!!”

But then a very red Effie walks in holding a bouquet of “I’m sorry I almost killed you” wildflowers and then Katniss and Peeta look at each other and they just KNOW what their mentor and escort’s been up to! 😂
