Current mood: I thought I was doing pretty well and then the dunks worker who made my sandwich said "sorry about the wait, love" and I almost cried so apparently I am more fragile than I thought

A sequel for the void: today I was like wow! What a good day! I'm gonna get a fun drink from dunks on my way to work! And the person in the drive thru said "here you go, love" and I almost cried 🥹🥹

Coming up with a new early childhood curriculum idea based around SEL/building confidence through music that could genuinely have been life-changing for me at that age and like. Realizing that I have the power to use baby me's experience with anxiety/selective mutism to help build other kids' confidence. This feels so right
