Just routing random-looking surveillance footage of water stains to his monitor mid-broadcast with no explanation whatsoever, sending brief messages in morse code (unnecessary, they can talk) when pressed repeatedly for clarification. Autism queen.
Imagine you're a relatively junior surveillance officer in an underground research site and a disaster takes place that cuts you off from the outside world and has heavy casualties, including absolutely everyone else in your department. So you're the only surveillance officer left and instead of taking this to anyone for clarification on your duties you're like "there's no protocol that says I should do anything different, I work in surveillance so I should keep doing surveillance" and just keep doing the entirety of surveillance for the whole site by yourself, pulling multiple-day shifts and reporting your work to nobody, not ever considering that you should alert the site director to the situation because they already have the casualty reports etc. and surely you would have been instructed to do otherwise if you were supposed to; reporting staffing problems wasn't part of your job as a rookie and nobody ever told you that it would suddenly become part of your job if your boss and all your coworkers died. So you just watch people on cameras in the dark and never talk to anyone unless you have to.
