So apparently, over the summer, Quibi (the shortest-lasting streaming service ever lmao) did a quarantine project called “Home Movie: The Princess Bride” where a bunch of celebrities recreated The Princess Bride in tiny chunks at home.

And like there was no permanent cast, all these celebrities seem to have gotten a scene or part of a scene to do (i’m not sure exactly, I did not ever watch Quibi and thus haven’t seen this yet), and then they just… recreated it as best they could. At home. Under quarantine.

So like, you had Jennifer Garner in a blanket cape playing Princess Buttercup AND the Booing Old Woman with a crowd comprised entirely of stuffed animals:

Or Taika Waititi paying Westley off a badly-drawn Inigo on a piece of cardboard held in front of someone’s face:

And it’s all just delightful.

But my absolute favorite part of this thing that I’ve sadly never seen but assume is probably absolutely hilarious and a treasure and I want to find it some day and watch the whole thing… is that Carey Elwes is in it.

Having ADHD is so fun because sometimes youre looking for something that you use regularly and definitely put away in a smart and reasonable place and you have absolutely 0 hope of remembering where and finding it. And then other times ur like "hmm I need a some kind of small pointed object. I feel like i remember seeing a paperclip under the left couch cushion a month ago, i wonder if its still there" and it is

"wait but if u saw the paperclip why would u just leave it there?" its the adhd. Also if i had put it away then i wouldnt have been able to find it a month later when i needed it. So. Checkmate neurotypicals.

Problem is when the ADHD catalogue is out of date, when you go to check under the couch cushion for that paperclip and it ISNT there, sometimes your brain will just give you a montage of false memories of everywhere you've ever seen a paper clip, like this

“Chicken” coop concept that’s been on my mind

This is the greatest idea in the word. Imagine a place where every building is designed like this.

If the chicken coops look like chickens, do bakeries look like bread? Are libraries shaped like an open book? The florist shop with a rooftop garden, vines up the side, resembling a ball of moss sprouting vibrant blossoms of daisies?

I was just trying to get anything art wise to turn out and Princess Nair needed some updates to her design, so I guess the two came together. I wonder who she's looking at? Is she calling them closer?

I have had this idea sitting around for so long - my Epic Seven OC as she might appear in Conqueror of the Oceans. The little pearl focus's handle extends to look like a proper trident.

I guess the main thing was the size of the eyes, so I sketched something and them messed around with it digitally... definitely did not ragequit (but not really) Inkscape again and switch back to rastering it on Medibang...
