I'm fat, and I'm ok with that
So here's the thing, yes I'm running a fitness blog, yes I'm actively working out, and yes I am 'dieting.' But just know that it doesn't matter what stage my body is in, I will absolutely always love it. My goal isnt to be skinny, it's to be FIT. And I'm not solely focused on scale numbers as a sign of progress.
I'm not waiting until a certain weight to wear certain clothes or go to certain places. I go on hikes as I am, I travel as I am, and I dress in what makes me feel good as me.
Loving, not hating, my body is what will help me make myself into a healthier person in the long run, and I wish more people would be kinder to themselves
