Sat down and worked out lists for my post-canon families.
Not that it really affects anything, but I do have some ficlets in the works that go out quite far past the end of my story, which is where this desire came from.
If you care about a random fanfic author's headcanon of the InoAoi, ZenNezu, and TanKana families, here it is:
Inosuke and Aoi's kids, birthdays, how old they were when each kid was born (roughly), and reference in their names and other fun notes/thoughts:
All of their kids' names make reference to the name of someone important in their lives (with Zenitsu being the only left out because of course he would be, lol. Inosuke might name a pet after Zenitsu :P)
Kotoha 寿初 – July 14th, Aoi ~21 and Inosuke 19, Named after Inosuke’s mom 琴葉 but different characters/meaning. Inosuke was ecstatic that she was born on Tanjiro's birthday and held it over Zenitsu's head for years. She's basically Inosuke Jr. Name means "celebrate" and "beginning" because she's the first Kamaboko baby and it signals "the beginning of happy times" and it's the greatest coincidence ever that this name could have that meaning.
twins Aoka 碧佳 and Ryuusuke 竜助 – April 22nd, Aoi ~23 and Inosuke 21, Blue both for Aoi and because of her eyes and hair, realized later that the Ka could also reference Kanao. Ryuu meaning dragon and -suke from Inosuke's name, which means "helper/protector" so it made Inosuke feel like he's the dragon and he liked it a lot. He was also very pleased that the twins were born on his own birthday. Aoka is basically Aoi Jr despite looking a lot like Inosuke while Ryuu looks like Aoi but acts more like Inosuke.
Kiichi 紀伊智 – February 2nd, Aoi ~26 and Inosuke 24, I from Inosuke, also looks and acts like him
Momone 百々禰 – September 22nd, Aoi ~28 and Inosuke 26, Ne from Nezuko, acts a bit more like Aoi
Ibuki 夢姫 – June 3rd, Aoi ~31 and Inosuke 29, Inspired by last character in Shinobu’s name, actually really took to Auntie Nezuko as a youngin' and acts a lot like her
Shoji 尚治 – March 30th, Aoi ~34 and Inosuke 32, Ji from Tanjiro, another mini Inosuke
twin girls Kanami 泰美 and Nobue 信恵 – April 3rd, Aoi ~36 and Inosuke 34, characters taken from the twin brothers I gave Aoi for her backstory named Daisuke 泰祐 and Noburu 信留, the Dai can be read as Kana and it’s a dual honor name to include Kanae and Kanao as well, unsure about personalities
triplets Yui 祐伊, Minori 海之里, and Shunsuke 春助 – August 15th, Aoi ~38 and Inosuke 36 (each one uses a character from Inosuke’s name), unsure about personalities
It was actually not intentional at first that the first two pregnancies fell onto canon birthdays, I just coincidentally made Aoi get pregnant at the perfect times for that to happen so I went with it. I was always very amused by that rumor of them having 12 kids so when I sat down and worked out ages and realized I could actually do it, I felt like I had to haha.
Zenitsu and Nezuko's kids, birthdays, how old they were when they were born (roughly), and name info:
For some reason, Zenitsu strikes me as the kind to name his kids using number names. I can't explain it, but as an abandoned child who never knew his family that just feels right to me?
Haruichi 晴一 - August 18th, Nezuko 17 and Zenitsu 19/maybe 20? my math is not mathing right now, born about 1 month after Kotoha, means "clear (free of doubts), dispel, bright, resolve" plus "one, first" Youji 養二 - September 21st, Nezuko 19 and Zenitsu 22, means "Nurture, support, care" plus "two, second" Tomomi 朋三 - December 2nd, Nezuko 21 and Zenitsu 24, means "friend, companion" plus "three, third", a nod to the main trio
Hiyona 日四奈 - October 12th, Nezuko 24 and Zenitsu 27, means "sun, day" plus "four" plus "fruit tree" (but also a particle to make something into a question, probably just used for the sound)
Akigo 昭伍 - March 2nd, Nezuko 26 and Zenitsu 29, means "bright, illustrious (famous and adored)" plus "five"
Mutsuhiko 六彦 - June 29th, Nezuko 30 and Zenitsu 33, means "six, sixth" plus "accomplished man" or an honorable title for a man
Kouki 功季 - November 3rd, Nezuko 32 and Zenitsu 35, means "achievement, success, merit" plus "the last born child"
twins Yuzuki 佑好季 and Misaki 心咲季 - November 18th, Nezuko 36 and Zenitsu 39, surprise pregnancy lol (twins are more likely with age), mean "help, aid, protect" (close to the I in Inosuke but not quite!) plus "good, friendly, excellent" plus "last child" and "heart, mind, feelings" plus "to bloom, to smile" plus "last child" (they were really hoping to make that come true this time haha)

Sumiyoshi 炭吉 - August 16th, Kanao 22 and Tanjiro 20, old family name that hasn't been used in several generations wink wink
Akari 丹莉 - June 17th, Kanao 25 and Tanjiro 23, name means "red" and "jasmine flower, fragrant, beauty" which fits with Tanjiro's family working with fire and Kanao's flower breathing
Kayohito 日陽斉 - March 18th, Kanao 29 and Tanjiro 27, name means "sun, day" "sun, positive, bright" plus "equal, together" so enjoying the sun together
The birthdays being in order was me not paying attention/a complete coincidence but I love it so I'm keeping it.
These two intentionally only had three children because in my headcanon the Marked Slayers did live longer than 25 because they only used the mark for a short time, compared to the previous generation of Marked Slayers, but probably more like into their 40s or maybe 50s at most. Tanjiro doesn't want to burden Kanao with taking care of multiple young children since they don't know how long he'll live.
