Background:

She was Batgirl for a while before getting paralyzed by the Joker and becoming Oracle. Since then she’s regained limited mobility but not enough to stand for long and definitely not enough to return as Batgirl.

Basically everything from The Killing Joke comic (NOT THE MOVIE!!!! Bruce Timm and Brian Azzarello are super weird for adding that scene!!!!!)

Small build, around 5’5” when standing, long orange hair and bright green eyes, late 20s.

I remember this one time, I died real early on in the investigation cause Wally taunted the ghost and shut the fucking bedroom door on me so the ghost grabbed me in the corridor

But then cause you Become the ghost after death and can control things, I chucked a ball at him and it scared him so bad he fell off his chair (then Roy laughed so hard he choked and the ghost got him too)
