This blog is now exclusively for warning people about the N*il G*iman allegations and any other safety issues that pop up in the Good Omens fandom (and occasionally commenting on some of the problematic messages he put into the GO tv series). He actively preys on his female+ fans, so our #1 priority is making sure people are aware of this.

In light of the no.1 trending topic on this site, I'd like to inform youse that Kitty Kendall, one of the survivors who bravely spoke out against Neil Gaiman and accused him of rape in 2025, has said here and here that if you are looking to support her and other survivors, you can make a donation to OurVOICE (the counselling service Kendall herself used) or your local rape crisis centre. If you can't make a donation, you can help to ensure people do not forget what Kendall and other survivors have gone through and continue to go through as they pursue legal action, and that Gaiman has already spent a lot of money in the attempt to sue these women for speaking out.

Just saw a theory that Neil Gaiman wrote That Ending (and the end of S2) because the fanbase is mostly female and he gets off on hurting women - and WOW is it disturbing how plausible that sounds.

Obviously we'll never know one way or another, but it wouldn't surprise me ONE BIT if it was true. Especially given how he was constantly in contact with the fans on this hellsite, and gloated about how miserable the ending of S2 made us.

The only good thing about it being so awful is that at least N*il G*iman will make less money, with all the fans deciding not to even watch it.

To any new Good Omens fans:

5-second version: Neil Gaiman is gross, pirate his work, don't give him money, think twice before being in a room with him if you can avoid it, kgreatthxbye.

Full version: We want to let you know, if you hadn't heard, that series creator Neil Gaiman has been accused of sexual harassment, ab*se, and as*ault, up to and including r*pe, by eight women.

The allegations against him are some of the most horrific we've ever read. They're so disturbing, in fact, that we normally censor his name in our posts because it makes us physically sick to even read it. (Just spelling it out in full here for clarity).

He (*allegedly*) usually selected his victims from among his fans. We want everyone to be armed with this information so you can make an informed decision about whether he is someone you would feel safe interacting with (he has been keeping a low profile since the initial allegations came out, but powerful men accused of this kind of behavior have a pattern of trying to reboot their careers after a couple years have passed) and supporting the work of.

According to Amazon, he is no longer involved with the creation of the Good Omens finale, but unfortunately he will continue to make money from royalties every time someone streams it or Seasons 1 and 2.

It's up to you what to do with this information. Personally, he isn't someone any of us would feel safe being in a room with. We'd also STRONGLY encourage everybody to pirate the finale rather than supporting him (or Amazon, come to think of it).

Just wanted to clarify something

The reason we constantly post about the Gaiman allegations whenever we mention Good Omens is to warn potential new fans about him. We're not doing it to make anybody feel bad for liking the show. We still like it, too. (Although, if you want to watch it, please please do pirate or do the biggest watch party you possibly can. :) Honestly we should all be doing that with everything on Amazon anyway lol).

We know it's exhausting and depressing to still be seeing content about him and the allegations. It's even more exhausting and depressing to post about.

We're sick of seeing his his name, too. We wish we could just forget he ever existed.

But sadly, there are SO SO SO MANY fans who still haven't heard about the allegations. It feels like general knowledge to those of us who have known about it for a long time, but it really isn't.

Thanks to his very expensive PR team, you can scroll a long long long long long long time without seeing so much as a whisper about it. It's terrifying to think of how many new fans are about to sucked into the Gaiman universe without knowing what he's capable of.

It's important to us to do everything we can to help prevent that, especially right now when he's in the process of re-establishing his career (Amazon is going to publish his next book, because OF COURSE they are), and trying every disgusting trick in the book to rehabilitate his reputation.

Hi!

Just a friendly note to share that we're going to stop checking and updating this blog shortly after the GO finale airs (somewhere between a few days and a few weeks). This was always the plan. We hope that after the finale, when Aziracrow get to be happy together at last, the torrent of Aziraphale hate will (best-case scenario) finally taper off.

If that happens, this blog won't be as necessary anymore, and we can ride off happily into the sunset, satisfied that we accomplished what we set out to do. If it doesn't (or worse, if the Finale doesn't do Aziraphale justice), none of the three of us have the emotional energy to continue to deal with any more hateful discourse, and we'll ride off into the sunset satisfied that we did everything we could. (There's also, of course, the added issue that creating a safe space for ab*se survivors and autistic people within the fandom of a show that was created by a serial ab*ser who is profoundly ableist to autistic people often feels like an exercise in futility, and trying to balance all that in your head is a mindfuck of titantic proportions. But I digress).

To all of our followers and all the people who've supported and encouraged us along the way, THANK YOU. I'm so grateful for all of you and the adventure you've taken us on these past two-ish years. It's been one hell of a ride. Running BAT has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life (and by far the weirdest lol), and I wouldn't trade a single second of it for the world.

Most of all, thank you to Mods M and D. I can't begin to describe what your support and friendship has meant to me. I am beyond grateful that this blog brought you into my life. You make me a better person every day.
