I don't know... Just

The last few days have been rather odd and emotional. I found out a few days ago guy I went to college with decided to take his own life, I didn’t know him particularly well but enough to know he was genuinely caring and he was pretty damn good at guitar and music was his passion. Today I then find out a man who has been a family friend for the past 20 odd years has now past away. And I don’t know how to deal with it. But as usual I’ll probably just hide my emotions and deal with it that way. But to be honest I’m getting tired of being the person that everyone sees as the happy and chilled out guy everyone knows. It is me truly but I don’t know how long I can keep it up for. A few friends of mine are lumbered with depression and other mental illnesses and it scares me as I care so bloody much. I don’t know what I can do to help. Apart from be there for them. To be honest I don’t know why I’m writing this but I need to express this odd emotion somehow. I’m actually sitting here thinking “what’s it all about” not in a philosophical kind of way but actually what am I doing with my life. But I love my job and my friends. I just want to do better. For myself and everyone I love. I want everyone to be happy as I am/appear to be.
