Do you tag things?

I mostly tag for my own reference, or to talk to people in a tag. Some of my own tags are:

#proof of touch grass- IRL stuff

#twirls hair and walks into a wall- Hot stuff

#x tw/ x cw- trigger tag for self harm and related. It's for a friend so I tag x more often than the general trigger tag

I try to tag obvious triggers or triggers I know my followers care about. Severity if often indicated by cw (mild) vs tw (severe). I don't guarantee that I'll tag, but I do guarantee that I care.

I do not have an art tag! You can view my website for all my art in one place. I tag individual pieces with their medium. I also don't upload most of my arts and crafts, so if you want you can shake me (send an ask) and see how many pixel arts fall out.

The people making like button gifs probably arent the same people who are banning our women. And even if it Was a purposeful act of transphobia*, i find it almost-insultingly stupid to spread the idea that we have to read into flag colors to find transphobia on Tumblr. It is not hidden in metaphor at all. It is overt.

*i dont think tumblr user smadsel is stupid or malicious i think they genuinely just forgot to fact check before getting mad. Which is fair. Genuinely happens to the best of us and all the rest of us

idk how to explain it but im never truly comfortable with the way people insinuate that all older folks are inherently bigoted. it always feels like it kind of hand-waves away personal responsibility like ohhhh grandpa cant help homophobic, hes old. well ive met plenty of older folks who are normal about gay people. i think grandpa could be better. i think we should hold grandpa to higher standards.
