Hello Tumblr!

I am really bad at updating multiple places at once. Wow. Anyway. For full detailed accounts of Things Happening, I've got a couple of new-ish blogs on beautifulsoulscommunity.com The condensed version for now... I'm currently working towards creating my very first online class, which will debut no later than January 2016. I'm hard to work writing material right now, and the next step will be to begin filming lesson videos, meditation videos, and project videos. What is this online class going to be, you ask? An 8 week course about our energy fields, chakras, becoming more in tune with our own energy and the energy input we receive... Really learning how to transform our lives through the understand of energy language. I'll have more info in the near future I'll be sharing. :) Creating the class is easy, and I look forward to releasing it! The more challenging bit... All the techy behind the scenes things involving where to host and how to create a classroom platform. :)

This is quite possibly my favorite meditation finger labyrinth box I’ve made so far!  I just love the deep, rich hues of purple and magenta bleeding together.  It’s like gazing upon your own mini galaxy, to me.

I’ve been working hard in the studio…. and {mostly} forgetting the internet exists.  I’m really very good at getting super focused on making things, to the detriment of sharing with others the things I have been making.  I am trying to get better at that.

Meditation Monday 8/10

Do you ever find that when you meditate you have a hard time keeping thoughts from chattering away in your mind? One great tool for letting go of all that commotion is journaling. For the next week, try writing at least 3 pages of journaling before you meditate. If you don't already journal, you can pick up anything to start, whether it be a spiral notebook (17 cents at Walmart right now), a leather bound journal, or even just typing them out in a word processor. You don't even have to keep your journaling after if you don't want to. Use your scrap paper and throw it away after if it makes you feel better. Just get out all those thoughts that come to you before you meditate and then... breathe... relax.... it's time to meditate.

Putting the finishing touches on three projects, and there are three more that will be finished by tomorrow morning as well. Not to mention the work will start for the next two projects today as well. I'm feeling so productive! (despite my crazy dizziness & ear problems)
