Learning The Pineal Gland : Remembrance ; Soul Mission ; Operating Within The Psyche & Opening Doors To The Astral Realms
The pineal gland is the motion that keeps the consciousness flowing. It is our everyday reality, but yet it is so much farther down the road than we are. It knows the reason we take the steps that we take and move the way we do, yet its the most mysterious of all. Holding the gifts, talents, and skills necessary to move towards your perfect dimension. the thing is, the pineal gland is preoccupied on the imagination as this is how what we see for ourselves comes into fruition. It is the pineal gland that understands the mission. And once its awake, its hard to turn back.
The imagination is where you can get a good grip on how the pineal gland shapes it self in your reality. Do you have a hard time remembering your dreams? Or do you have problems with creating in different outlets such as writing, painting, understand a new dynamic, etc? Writers block? Not sure what to do? Mildly confused? Can't seem to figure out your next move? All signs of a low third eye chakra. These issues come into play when the mind isn't able to focus and expand the mind that way the human brain is meant to.
The Third Eye Chakra is the point where we learn how to see beyond ourselves instead of whats right in front of you. This is where clairvoyant gifts can come in and show itself when the person is ready. Seer abilities, seeing things that aren't 'there' are also signs of a strong third eye chakra.
This chakra needs evolution because as we grow in this lifetime the mind needs to see more and free itself from any restrictions that may have blocked it from undergoing getting the truth & clarity it needs to commit to something.
When our minds aren't able to process what we truly want for ourselves, and actually see the vision for it this is a sign of the third eye being blocked. Sometimes lack of faith shows a problem with the third eye too. Lack of belief that is.
Our beliefs need to be strong in order for the third eye to show you what's true, and what is imaginary. Because in these times, the imagination is what visualization is all about (duh!) but when it's time to come into manifesting.. the mind is also a tool in how to get there.
It is a force for us to remember why we are here and what talents and skills we possess in order to make this world worth living. Create your reality by innerstanding what the mind is trying to confess through the art of storytelling that is your life. The imagination is a key to how your subconscious and unconscious side of your brain works, it is not meant to be soaked into logical formation. It is it's own thing. The more you allow the imagination to expand itself, the deeper the creative expression can form. It is like a child playing, and making things work for itself so that the child can feel alive. That is the imagination. This helps us open doors inside of the astral realm, because our brains form things into our mind in a way that only we could understand it.
Sometimes our dreams can be hidden layers of secrets, codes and messages for us to decipher in the waking of our reality. Again, the imagination is big here, and you've got to appreciate it the way your third eye sees fit. It's all about energy.
Our dreams give us insight on what is going on with us in the subconscious and it helps us see things in a way that in our day to day we aren't truly able to understand. There is an art in understanding and appreciating how these realms we dive into are trying to tell us what's going on around us and even people we know or barely said even a word to.
It is through this chakra we learn that all is possible, and anything we believe is impossible must be sorted out in the mind. Allowing yourself to see through the beyond makes for a master in this timeline, as your gifts will strive for more and triumph through anything you believed to be an obstacle.

Human Design: Body, Mind and Spirit Integration
Hey, people! Continuing this week's exploration into Human Design, an amazing tool for personal growth and transformation. It's the integration of four ancient systems: the I Ching, Western Astrology, The Hindu Brahmin Chakras and the Kabbalah.
And i've found it to be eerily accurate on the people whose charts I have done thus far. I'm also very interested in exploring whether or not this can help us gain insights that may be valuable for healing.
Today, I'm looking into how the chakra system is used. Traditionally, the chakra system has seven centers, but the Human Design system has a total of nine enters. The reason for this is the founder's belief that there was a cosmic shift in 1781 which signaled an evolutionary progression of our species.
This, apparently, corresponded with the discovery of Uranus. (Which, to be honest, I thought was mildly hilarious. :)). According to the reasoning, this cosmic shift marked the next phase of the spiritual evolution of our species from a Saturnian cycle to a Uranian cycle. This change corresponds to a longer life expectancy and a shift from a 7 centered focus on sexuality to the 9 centered focus on awareness and spiritual growth.
What has always interested me about the chakra system is its correspondence to the endocrine system. In the Taoist tradition there also exists a similar study and practice of transforming sexual energy into spiritual energy via the chakras and endocrine system.
Have posted in the past the five element diagram of the endocrine glands and that is really fascinating when you look at the actual physiology and how these glands interact and influence one another. I definitely think there is something to these correspondences and it's a portal into the nexus of mind, body and spirit connections.
This really is where emotion, physiology and spiritual development all connect.
And what the Human Design system can be helpful with is helping you understand what your natural strengths and weaknesses are. With this knowledge you reorient your decision making and actions to better suit your blueprint.
Yesterday, I discussed the Ching and DNA and one area that is fascinating is the differentiation of brain cells that DNA provides. This really is where psychology becomes biology. And this happens throughout the body. All the systems are connected.
Because everything is encoded in every cell.
Our body can be viewed as many micro-systems reflecting this information. The entire body can be seen and influenced with acupuncture points on the ear, or through reflexology points on the feet or hands or in palpation of the abdomen.
It's the same imprint over and over again at various different scales.
In my opinion, the chakra system in another example of this genetic imprint. And it reflects this mind, body and spirit interaction. As you can see from the diagram, each of the nine centers has correspondences to internal organs and/or glands and is associated with some type of psychological process.
Starting from the top:
Head: This is linked to the pineal gland (which physiologically is intimately involved with our circadian rhythm and the liver). It is also associated with inspiration and the pressure to translate existence (to make meaning from all the randomness of life). Ajna: This center is associated with the pituitary gland (which is the master endocrine gland associated with the heart in Chinese medicine). This is, obviously, deeply imbedded in the brain and works with the hypothalamus to release hormones and to process emotion responses via the autonomic nervous system and the adrenals.
Throat: This is where the thyroid and parathyroid is found. It is linked to the metal element and the immune system in Chinese medicine and is energetically linked to self expression, manifestation and metabolic balance and control.
G Center: This center encompasses the liver (which in Chinese medicine is the general of the body), the blood, your sense of self (your blood carries your experience), it also helps anchor you with a sense of direction and love.
Heart: This center is where the heart is (considered the emperor of the body in Chinese medicine), the thymus, stomach and gall bladder. Which is interesting in Chinese medicine the gallbladder and stomach are very important organs for decision making. This center is the energetic center of the ego and the will. This has an important relationship with the Throat Center.
Spleen: This center is linked to the lymphatic system, immunity, intuition and process of physical awareness. (I've written in the past about the notion of the spleen also being linked to the pancreas and intent - which in some ways can be seen as the role of insulin in the body).
Solar Plexus: This center houses the kidneys, the bladder, and the pancreas. It is an emotional center where the daily cycles of emotion are processed and assimilated.
Sacral: This is the center of sexual energy and fertility, the ovaries and the testes. This is the source of energy to exercise your will. It's the furnace that powers all the yang in the body.
The source that gives you the power to keep going.
Root: This center includes the adrenal glands and stress hormone physiology, the kundalini energy-that divine seed of feminine power. It is here that fear and trust are negotiated and balanced (or that balance is lost). In Taoist practices this center is linked to the Head and energy is circulated through the Ren and Du channels (the first channels to form in the body from the first cell division). Obviously, this is just barely scratching the surface of this topic (there's definitely a whole book here). In the Human Design system we each have some of these centers open and some closed or more defined. As we look at our charts we can see these various centers in action and this can help us understand our natural tendencies, motivations and actions (both helpful and self destructive). Have a great day! Unless you have other less centered plans.
