Sallyface theories. [Major spoilers.]
 ok. theory time boys. Also, I am aware some of these have already been thought of, I just wanna get it off my head and write all my ideas down.
Yall remember when sal was talking to mrs. rosenburg? When sal stated how he only had one life, and he had to live it to the fullest if it was his only chance?
don’t think sal died in that electric chair. mrs.rosenburg gave a hint to this as well;
“Not for you, my boy”  / I’m pretty sure she’s stating that sal doesn’t have one life, or that he’s some otherworldly being. I mean, seriously. He can find/talk to ghosts, he literally went into multiple different dimensions. I never once though sal would die that easily when the end of episode 4 came around. It’s just too easy to throw the main character off the charts, don’t you think? I doubt there’d be an ep.5 if sal were to die so easily.Â
 I also had another idea; maybe if sad did die, they could find some way to resurrect him. they already know a jack ton about spirits and multi-dimensions.

In the beginning of episode 1, when Sal was moving in to the apartment complex, I think the police were cult members.
Y’all remember charley too, right? The pony addict? When he was put in jail, you went outside and saw him in the police car, so we all thought he was going to jail.
But remember the newspaper stating he was put in jail? The newspaper article showed a different image of someone, claiming they were charley. Even though it’s easy to see the difference. [Currently, I cannot find the image, but it is in the game.]
I came to believe that the actual charley may have instead been kidnapped forcefcfully into the cult by the police, because if he was not, where did he go? Why did the find the need to find a cover-up for charley.
As for Mr.Enon, I think he really did die when he fell from the tree. I feel like the cult set up a member of theirs in disguise to make sure sal did not win the trial, and died, so nobody would interfere with their plans. They didn’t have to worry about Ash at the time, due to her being gone for quite awhile and just recently coming back to the home town to visit sal, and as for Todd, i heard something about him, but forgot what it was, but he wasn’t currently in the way of the cult.
Just remember; If Dr.Enon was still alive, he most likely would have been able to defend sal, if he hadn’t fallen to his death. Take note that the Dr.Enon in the trial immediately went against him. Sound suspicious at all?
Another thing. You all remember when sal went into that black room with the goat-looking thing? With those 5 doors? Before, I thought that door number 4 had all the screaming, but that was 5, apparently. I originally had a theory that since “door 4 had screaming, it represented the end of the actual ep.4.” But I was wrong, sadly. Although, I don’t think I’m wrong about the doors relating to the chapters. When you’re on this level, you’re currently playing chapter 4, so it’s avaliable. Chapter 5 was closed and boarded up because that episode hasn’t been released yet. Maybe in episode 5 we can figure out what’s behind the door?
For now, this is all I have. I’ll add more when I look further into the game.
