aight so in light of recent events within the rpc and how gifs are literally being whitewashed since 1920 (not rly but u get the point) i decided to make this lil coloring. its very similar to my other psd made specifically for poc: richer. this was made with people of color in mind only, meaning i have no clue if it works on white/white passing folks or how it looks ( if you try it and it makes them look brown or as if they’re people of color, don’t use it ) – this works pretty great on dark-skinned black people, but ofc you are free to adjust it to fit your needs. this looks cute on gif icons too.

keep in mind no coloring is flawless so you should be adjusting this to fit each video/scene/lighting/person for a more accurate finish. just… don’t ever whitewash again. – this was made from scratch by me so pls do not: redistribute, steal, claim as your own or use on white folks if it makes them look like they’re poc. lil adjustments tips can be found within the psd, but if you have any questions regarding this coloring my inbox/ims r both open.  ¡ reblog & enjoy !

To elaborate why this is worse: Art and religion are all well and good. But information can be critical. When libraries burn, information can be lost forever. Because we photograph art. We have blueprints of the Cathedral. The Notre Dame cathedral did not burn to the ground, only the wooden structures did. The entire library and everything within is gone here. Another reason this is worse? It was DELIBERATE. It was bombed. Accidents like Notre Dame happen all the time. But bombings don’t have to happen. So yeah, if you cared about Notre Dame, logically you should care about this too,
