IĀ“m trying SO hard not to feel discouraged at how little I lost, I went to my nutritionist today and I only lose 1.5kg in 2 weeks :(.Ā
I knew this would be slower as I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism but... I don“t know, it“s hard. I“m trying to accept it in a way that at least I“m losing, I“m not gaining, I“m eating food that I like and I“m not feeling anxious.
But I don“t know, I just want to cry.
However, as you can see, my cheat meal game is on point š with this š©chocolate donut, stuffed with chocolate cream cheese and kit kat ⨠.... yep, call an ambulance.
