Albanian photographer Soela Zani gives a new life to individual with Down Syndrome by recreating most famous paintings, and it’s been a great accomplishement.

Let’s not forget that the importance of family awareness and our attitude towards people who are different are great. To educate children and to provide the clear differences for individuals with special needs, to develop positive attitudes and behaviors of the adults of the future we have to create positive examples.

So I’ve been tasked with creating a biology lesson plan for the kids I will be helping in Greece for the next few weeks. I’m having a hard time staying motivated & putting together this lesson plan. 

It’s funny b/c my lesson is about the circulatory system & right now I guess I’m seeing where my heart is b/c it’s so hard :(

I have the privilege to go on a mission trip to Greece for two weeks. I’m going to be leaving in a few days. & I really don’t feel ready. I am feeling super distracted & scared that I will not be able to give God the effort & attention & focus he deserves on this trip.

Please pray for me, that my focus w/ God at the center of my life would become real, esp. on this mission trip.

And so my question for myself and for my friend, for anybody who finds himself like us: Is it enough for God to know our sorrow, for God to know our pain, for God to know our disappointment, our frustration? Can we hand our cause entirely over to God? Can we move forward treating others better than they treat us, even if it means only God knows and nobody else? That is how real God has to become to us.
