Pulled into Circle K and saw gas under $2—

Paused. Blinked. Checked again. Yeah… I knew.

Haven’t seen prices like that since before COVID hit,

Back when we trusted air and didn’t hoard toilet paper like it was gold, but I digress.

Before anyone asks—no, it’s not a typo,

No, it’s not for everybody, and no, I’m not explaining twice.

It’s rewards-member pricing, exclusive, elite,

If your pump says more… well… couldn’t be me.

Filled up my tank, smiled real sweet, drove away calm,

Inflation tried me today and I politely declined. ⛽😌
