Glitterphoto.net unfortunately redirects to photoeditor.com, one of the reasons I haven't beeen making any gifs lately :( I'm sorry! Seems that they were bought out recently. Sadly it was a free to use service with lots of features. If anyone has any other websites or apps in mind, please tell me in the notes!
