finally done with this one!! picked up Hippowdon for @poketcg-art 's #poketcgsinnoh redraw event!! i always liked these guys, but i have always hated that they don't have ears... so i took it upon myself to fix it myself, lol. learned about the dwebble relationship from the card, so that was a pleasant thing to learn and draw~!
