BBG 1st workout
I did my first BBG workout this morning and I could only get through 75% of it. I could only do 1.5 of each circuit during the seven minutes. It was hard... like I expected. But whoooo-wheee! My legs were shaking. I can only get better, right?
Attempted a Veggie Pad Thai. Flavor was not very good. :(
Breakfast: Strawberry and Peanut butter (Mighty Nut Powdered Vanilla PB) and avocado toast. Already ate a bite on accident before taking the picture.
Dinner: Cauliflower fried rice and steamed bok choy! Maybe my husband will like this dish better than last night.
Dinner: Nori Rice, garlic Kale, Sesame carrots, steamed green beans, bay leaf bell peppers, boiled egg, and Sriracha avocado sauce. My husband requested to eat healthier meals with more veggies. He is struggling with this dish. However, I thought it was yummy!!
Breakfast this morning: Oatmeal, coconut, strawberries, avocado, peanut butter, a bit of honey, and splash of coconut milk
Avocado Toast at Milk and Honey in Chattanooga. Really yummy!

A moment might be a week or a month. So instead of Boy, I’d love to eat this hamburger right now, I’m considering a little further into the future. I’m thinking, I eat that hamburger and that’s 1,200 calories, and I’m gonna work out tomorrow and lose 800 calories. I may as well eat a salad here, still do that workout, and then I’m actually making progress.” — Chris Pratt
