Okay, so let me start by saying that fallout is a very open minded and even feminist at times game.

I have some cold hard facts for everybody that I’m about to drop about this game, which pretty much is my life, so listen up.

1. There IS a non-weapon based building simulation in fallout 4 as shown in E3. It’s used to craft electronics like lightshows, walls, panels, tvs and even fireworks I guess? It’s absolutely rad, and y'all should get fucking stocked about it. 2. You actually can talk to a Deathclaw in Fallout: Tactics. (Or maybe BOS, can’t remember off the top of my head.) 3. This woman seemed to do a pretty good job of not mentioning misogyny in this tweet you seemed to be addressing, yo. As a matter of fact, you did before she did. Which is pretty sad. And almost makes me wish for a nuclear winter. Theo out.

The whole non-weapon based crafting thing is pretty awesome and I'm stoked for it and like everyone I talk to about Fallout 4 is stoked about that. And yes I was first to mention misogyny but this is Antia Sarkessian we're talking about at some point she'd come up with some way to call Fallout misogynistic. Also I'm primarily laughing at Anita's wish that we don't try to kill things in a game where virtually everything is trying to kill you.

The Spiderman Thing

Stan Lee himself said “I see no reason why Peter Parker should not be white.” Now before you all get your pitchforks out tumblr, notice that he said PETER PARKER. Peter Parker has to be white, that doesn't mean Spiderman has to be white. There are multiple spidermans just look at that Miles guy he’s the 2nd generation of spiderman after Peter dies. Anyone can be Spiderman but Peter Parker is a straight white male. Get that though your fucking skulls.

so I’ve seen a ton of posts bashing ant man and complaining about the new spiderman movie, and rightly so. we all want a black widow movie instead of ant man or spiderman. in fact, marvel probably knows it, too. the thing is, they don’t care. no amount of posting on social media is going to prevent them from sidelining black widow and other, female-driven stories because, despite everything we’d like to think, marvel’s main focus is money. black widow has a huge fanbase, but they’re worried they’re going to lose their male audience. we know this is bullshit, but marvel doesn’t – they don’t want to risk even the tiniest chance of losing revenue.

so how do we stop this? how do we get a black widow movie? simple. don’t see ant man or the new spiderman movie.

i don’t care if bucky and steve are in the after credits scenes. i don’t care if the plot of ant man is going to tie in to civil war. and you shouldn’t either. if you hate that they’re making ant man, if you hate that they’re making spiderman, don’t go see the movies.

to marvel, we’re nothing but consumers. they think about our wallets, not us. so we have to talk back to them with our wallets. don’t see ant man. tell your friends not to see ant man. you got a friend who loves black widow? show them this post. go see something else. rewatch winter soldier in your house instead. hell, torrent ant man after it ends up on the internet. just don’t spend money to go see ant man.

boycott ant man, boycott the new spiderman movie, and marvel might just start listening.

The Shooting in Charleston

Yes it was a terrible hate crime but to those on Tumblr claiming that there are no white people who care about the shooting, look up pictures of people coming to that church to pay their respects, there are many white people coming out to pay their respects. There are white people as well as many other ethnicities coming from all around the country of the United Sates to go pay their respects and attend vigils. Yeah that’s totally not caring, dropping everything your doing to go to a different place, a place you may have never been to before and may be rather far away from you to go pay respects to people you've never known or even heard about until a few days ago.

She should think about picking up Minecraft or one of the, I dunno, over 20 other survival games with an extensive crafting system.

Fallout is not a crafting game. You kill shit because shit wants to kill you. Crafting is just an added bonus.

It’s like complaining that The Sims doesn’t give you enough options to go out and kill dragons in a huge open worls fantasy game instead of being a life simulation.
