Whenever I write Chreon it is extremely necessary that I start off with them exclusively referring to each other as "Redfield" and "Kennedy" and then slowly have them use each other's first names more and more to the point where they're just "Chris" and "Leon" and only call each other by their last names when they're playfully teasing each other.

Bonus points if the first time they call one another by their first name is a slip of the tongue out of desperation in an extremely distressing situation.

I like to imagine that after RE9 Leon was so exhausted he immediately conked out on Chris's shoulder and Chris couldn't bring himself to wake him so he just sat there. Sorta like when there's a cat sleeping in your lap lol.

(Anyways this wip had been rotting in my files for like a month and I finally locked in and finished it)
