crazy how i used to think i had “ambiguous disorder” where i thought i was an inherently bad person but i couldn’t figure out a real reason why and it was literally just ocd. it was all ocd. and now i see it in every character and honestly in so many people i talk to, like “hello have you heard of ocd? did you know that what you’re describing is a lot like ocd? do you have a family history? do you place moral value on innocent behaviours and then feel like you need to punish yourself for not being perfect? do you feel like you will die if you eat 3+ day old leftovers? have you tried escitalopram?”
