Will killing the demogorgons:
Figured out what they’re selling!
Releasing the final season on days when people are GUARANTEED to already have plans/commitments is baffling.
Can anyone think of why they would want as few people as possible to watch the initial release?
Where I’m at it’s literally an hour before my fam has Christmas dinner. It’s so weird.
Maybe if enough people complain they’ll change the dates? Even just by one day would be better honestly.
It sucks. It’s also really inconsiderate to the fans who love their show.
Alternate explanations I thought of for Mike’s behavior in ST4 (not seriously though)
Originally, there was a subplot which involved Mike surviving a skydiving accident in between s3 and s4. The result of which was a traumatic brain injury that causes episodes of amnesia, illogical antagonization, and aggression. The characters don’t bring it up because when they do he has a dissociative episode where he becomes convinced he’s Einstein the dog from Back to the Future. This storyline was cut due to concerns about scientific impossibility. But alas, most of the season had already been filmed, so Mike was just acting like a lunatic to El and Will without explanation.
Once, the party was sharing donuts, and Will ate the last one. Since then Mike has sworn his revenge on Will. He uses complex psychological torture in which he ignores and insults Will and then blames him for both Mike and El’s behavior. But after, he is just kind enough to keep Will in his life. His bitterness over the stolen donut has overwhelmed all other feelings, including his love for El. Hence, his struggles in admitting those feelings for her.
Mike was replaced by an evil clone created by Vecna for the soul purpose of undermining El and Will’s self esteem.
The writers genuinely believed they could explain away Mike’s unprovoked cruelty towards Will by Mike basically saying: “I was a jerk, but I have a girlfriend and you moved.” They could have put more thought into it, but the Duffers really wanted to get home to watch the Bachelor. They also thought they could throw this adorable gay grenade into the unstable minefield of Mike and El’s relationship without it all blowing up. After all, when has a fandom ever become deeply and passionately invested in the outcome of a queer relationship?
Or, Mike has feelings for Will and he’s not handling it well.
Whatever makes the most sense to you.
Me explaining the ending of Attack on Titan to someone who has never seen it:
“So, you know how Mufasa died in the lion king?…”
In case you were wondering… haha
James 1) REALLY needed Will to know that and 2) secretly wanted to check Will’s relationship status
Idk why but James has been hard for me to draw. I think I like his look better in this comic than my last one though.
Spot on 😆
Shipping Alastor Hot Tip:
If you want to ship Alastor from Hazbin Hotel with another character, here’s how you can do that while respecting his asexuality. Don’t worry it’s easy!
Figure out under what circumstances he can feel sexual attraction.
Is it only someone he’s closely bonded to? (Demisexuality)
Is it only when he knows they are attracted to him? (Reciprosexuality)
Is it only when he doesn’t have a close bond with someone and it goes away when they get close? (Fraysexuality)
You don’t have to use micro labels (labels can be problematic at times) but looking into the ace umbrella is definitely important. If you’re writing a fic, all you need is one sentence addressing this and then you can move on to the spicy stuff if you want to. It’ll make whatever relationship you’re writing even more special!
Here’s a link:
Whether you never feel attraction, very rarely, or only once you emotionally bond with a person. The asexual spectrum has many different mic
There’s been a lot of stress in the fandom over shipping Alastor and I think it’s mostly a misunderstanding (sadly not entirely at times).
People should be able to ship who they want, but ace people (who don’t have a lot of media rep) shouldn’t be erased. It can be hard when you love a character who’s like you and all the content you see about them is taking away that one thing you have in common. At times, that dismissal can feel like hate. But it is completely understandable if you find joy/pleasure in specific ships and want to express those feelings. I’m sure aegosexuals and fictosexuals (also ace) can relate to that too. Finding that balance is something the queer community as a whole is still working on.
Just be kind, be respectful and remember a character being ace doesn’t take away anything it only adds to them.
It’s not a restriction. It’s an opportunity :)
Have fun!

Hi everyone,
I found an article that talks about autism in girls and why they’re misdiagnosed. Here’s some excerpts from the article:
Girls with autism may have an intense interest in something, but it usually lines up more easily with the interests of other girls. They just have a more intense focus on it.
Girls also are more likely to control their behaviors in public so their differences are not as noticeable. They are more likely to wait until they get home to release pent-up emotions instead of having outbursts at school. Because boys may be more disruptive in class, they draw more attention.
The most common signs of autism among females are relying on other people to guide or speak for them, frequently experiencing sensory overload, having passionate but limited interests, having difficulty making and keeping friends, and having difficulties controlling emotions. They often appear to be shy, quiet or passive.
Often these symptoms are just chalked up as being just a part of a person's personality. Because of gender stereotypes, girls who are quieter, spend more time in their heads and are less assertive often are seen in a more positive light than boys who act the same way. Boys exhibiting these symptoms are more likely to get intervention, experts say.
One study found that irritability and lethargy are often symptoms of autism in females, too.
I found this research very fascinating. The article does use the term “high functioning” which is no longer used, but the information in the article itself could be helpful to some. I’ll leave the article below in case any of you would like to read it.
Boys are nearly 4 times as likely to be diagnosed with the disorder. But experts say the classic diagnosis misses many girls
