I am not from the US, nor do I live there and I obviously appreciate the significance of Zohran Mamdani's win in the face of systemic efforts by zionists, capitalists, and even establishment democrats to weaponise Islamophobia and racism and sabotage his candidacy. For NY to elect a socialist Muslim candidate amidst the USA's current nation-wide fascist escalation is a modicum of hope. However...... I mainly want to congratulate bisexual NYers because Zohran Mamdani and his wife acclaimed artist Rama Duwaji are the hottest Mayor and first lady anyone could exercise their democratic rights to elect.
