I fucking love J.R. Ward’s black dagger brotherhood. He touches on so many topics. We’ve had characters that are abused, ones that loses the love of his life and then finds a new love, couples who can have kids because of medical issues that happened in the past, to practising bdsm, to reformed addict and alcoholic (face it Butch was), to butch female who isn’t a lesbian because everyone thinks someone that butch is a lesbian when in fact she’s not and I find that so important. And know I’m reading Love at Last, Qhuinn and Blay’s book, and it goes on about there love life with each other and I just loved so much about Blay coming out to his mum. That so fucking important to me and I love that they got a book about each other and their not treated as some background thing going on. These books mean a fuck load to me as they hit on actual things that happen to people and how they choose to live there life. Ok not the whole vampire thing but these are real issues in life and it’s important that they are in these books. I just love them.
