We finally put this Cat together that was picked up in Walsall.

This guy has a few snapped off or missing teeth but the patina is great.

This is your gentle reminder that free roaming Cats are at risk. This chap ended up in a communal garden at the edge of a wall in the shade of the trees never to be seen again until we found him.

We've seen already posts from the West Midlands Bird Ringing Group that a number of thier Blackbirds have been reported as killed by Cats so its not just the Cats we have to worry about either.

there is a dead fox southbound on the M1 between junctions 34 and 35 and I want it so bad. It's been there for ages. I'm now 80 miles away but I keep visiting my parents and I keep seeing it when they drop me at the station to go home. argh.

Brought this one home with me. Cold but still in rigor when I found it. Maybe I'll try and tan the skin? I've never done that before but I don't always have the stomach for that sort of stuff.

Either way, I feel sorry for it. It's kind of bigger than I expected a squirrel to be, and the fur is really soft.

Found a magpie near the same spot the other day. Half bald. No idea why there are comparatively so many dead things on that specific side road.
