1. I don't respect gods. I fight them. Gods who demand respect are too needy, and I don't time for that. This was an obvious joke post, but beginners should fuck up. That's how you learn. Every mistake I ever made as a young witch made me a better one. Every time I ended up out of my depth, I became more resourceful. The best, real advice I'd give any beginner witch is to jump into the deep end and try to swim. That's how you find out what you're ready for.

That, and find out if any herbs you're working with are poisonous or have any drug interactions.

I cannot believe this has to be pointed out, but what if the reason curses are discouraged is because well it is a shitty thing to do? From a moral standing it is just simply attacking someone, doesn’t matter if it works or not. The general rule just is “hey don’t be mean” and afaik cursing is kind of a mean thing to do. Another point is that cursing is an equivalent of stabbing someone from behind. Most people nowadays are not in anyway interested in anything occult and even many religious people do not care/believe in these things. So naturally they do not take any steps towards protection against curses. So cursing your enemies is literally the lowest thing to do. And while I don’t care much about gods your behaviour and refusal to even respect believes of someone else are just shocking. Get a hold of yourself, dude and stop making a fool out of yourself.
