Freezer Transmutation Spell

What you need:

Paper

Ziplock Bag

Salt, black salt, cloves, mugwort, rosemary, chili pepper, coffee, and sugar

Instructions:

1) Write person’s full name and on back write “may any negative attention, ill intent towards me, or the crossing of my boundaries be transmuted into my abundance, success, prosperity, and blessings.”

2) Roll paper away from you, and put it in ziplock bag.

3) Sprinkle salt for protection, cloves for protection, black salt for protection, mugwort for financial protection, rosemary for banishing, chili pepper for reinforcement, and coffee to speed up the process. Finally, add sugar to sweeten the energy towards you.

4) Fill ziplock with water and put in freezer.

Note: Keep in freezer for as long as you like. To dispose, say “Thank you for your work” and throw away.

Ice Queen Breath Spray (Totally Spies Inspired Spell)

A simple spell for freezing the emotions of another towards you (removing crushes). Use this spell when someone has unfortunately gotten rather uncomfortable feelings towards you and can’t take the hint that you are not interested. Best paired with a binding spell if needed.

You will Need:

Wintermint breath spray

A poppet of your target

Container that seals

Freezer

Preparation:

Make yourself a poppet of your target. This can be done with any material you feel is best, I usually use paper or clothe poppets myself. On the poppet write the target’s name to help better focus this spell.

Steps:

Take your poppet and say the target’s name three times out loud. “I have no interest in your pursuit and you will not cease. Now I give you the cold shoulder.” Place the poppet into the container.

Say the target’s name 3x again, and spray it with the wintermint breath spray. “I freeze your feelings for me, I turn them to ice.”

Seal the container and place it into the freezer. “Now I leave them in the cold.” Close the freezer and leave the container in there as long as needed.

To break spell once the person has left you along/moved on simply open the container and let it thaw out on the counter over night. Dispose of poppet as you see fit.

Well, there are many resources that can teach you how to make catchy melodies, how to write lyrics, how to make a song, etc. I'm not gonna lie, I haven't dug into any of them 😭

The best advice I can give you from my personal experience is that music is about feeling and intuition. In order to get to that one idea you really like, often times you have to cycle through tens, hundreds, maybe even thousands of ideas you either don't like, feel neutral about, or kind of like but it's not quite there.

You have to get rrreeeaaaaaaaallll comfortable with sounding stupid, not liking what you're making....honestly, you gotta get real comfortable with being UNCORMFORTABLE!

The crashing out you're experiencing? Every artist does that, they just may not show it. Expect to feel that way about 99% of the time when making music!

Melody-making can be as easy as breathing air and as difficult as finding a needle in a haystack. I've found it to be the latter quite often!

I guess what I'm trying to say is if you're main objective is to make a catchy melodic song, there's definitely YouTube videos that can go into more depth and detail than I can 🤣

BUT ALSO, ain't nothing wrong with a good crash out. Or two. Or a hundred. Or a thousand. In a way, you're subliminally doing a POE! You know how you DON'T want the song to sound. Having multiple DON'TS can lead you to a DO!

* You can use any skin-safe oil or sugar you desire. I used teas that had the ingredients I wanted, and food-safe extracts.

Consider charging your sugar scrub with a crystal grid, chanting, or a sigil with your intentions. Scrub all that negativity and icky feelings away, and smell great afterwards!

Bedridden witch: Divination edition

Ideas for practicing divination while bedridden: Varying in energy + mobility required - please don’t push yourself, hopefully there’s options for everyone! Quick note: I’ve only included forms of divination I personally do.

Tarot:

Tarot apps are a great way to pull a card with a tap or two (Labyrinthos and Galaxy tarot have been recommended). 

Spread the deck on a flat surface, and move your hand over to pick (let your hands sense the energy), or pick based on intuition. 

Do a two-card (or more!) spread - you don’t have to lay it out if you can’t sit up, you can hold them in your hand or place on your lap.

Sleep with the deck under your pillow.

Pick one card that represents what you want from the next day and slip it under your pillow or mattress for the night, or place on your altar.

Memorize the meanings of the cards.

Make or buy a mini deck for easier use.

Do the easy “find this card and whatever is above or below it =X” spreads.

Scrying:

Use a black mirror or picture frame with black cloth/paper behind it.

Get a mini scrying bowl and fill with water, cradle it in your hands.

Pendulum:

Wear it around your neck.

Shorten the string so you don’t have to sit up.

Prop your hand on a pillow if you need the strength/steadiness.

Use off of the side of your bed if it’s too long (this can be a bit awkward)

Keep it under your pillow.

Use a mini pendulum or a necklace as a pendulum.

Make a simple board or don’t use one at all, just condition your pendulum with basic movements.

*You CAN use a pendulum even with shaky hands, it just takes a bit of bonding and conditioning.*

Tasseomancy:

Get a mug with two handles.

Keep in a sealable container until you’re ready.

Put a towel over yourself in case you spill.

Use a Tupperware container. No shame.

Runes:

Sleep with your runes next to you.

Memorize their meaning.

Draw one rune and meditate on their meaning and how you can manifest them in your life.

Charge them with sun/moon light by your window.

Study their origin and reading methods.

Crystal and wooden runes: connect with the element Earth and the intent corresponding to the crystal/type of wood.

Other materials: meditate on the origin and development of that material. Connect with the corresponding element and intent.

5 ways to incorporate tarot insights into your daily life

1. Let the imagery and symbols speak to you

Use this method to gain deeper insight into your experiences and notice meaningful coincidence or synchronicity.

For example: If you pulled The Magician and the 'infinity' symbol on the card particularly caught your attention, seeing that symbol again as you went about your day could signify synchronicity; you might want to introspect on the meaning of the symbol in your life further.

2. Let the card help you visualize

Do 10 minutes meditation where you visualize yourself embodying the characteristics represented in the card you pull.

For example: If you pulled The Chariot, meditate on the area of life that is emotionally challenging and visualize yourself feeling determined not to be distracted by your emotions and push forward. Feel the determination in your body, be The Chariot.

3. Let the card act as your daily/weekly goal

Do a regular tarot draw (daily or weekly) and make the lesson of the card as a reminder or a goal to achieve for that day/week.

For example: If you pulled Temperance for your weekly draw, 'being patient' and 'focusing on the big picture' might be the mindset and approach you should take in that particular week.

4. Let the card inspire your creativity

If you do creative work, pull a card and let it inspire you in your creation; create art, design or writing based on the card's theme.

For example: If you pulled The Emperor, you could try creating an art or a fictional story that represented the theme of The Emperor. You could also design objects and your surrounding (eg. your personal gym or room) with the theme of The Emperor.

5. Let the card guide your intention

Take a card that symbolizes the energy you want to bring to a task and make it your intention before you start the task.

For example: If you were about to do something creative and express yourself, you could take The Sun out of the tarot deck and imagine yourself embodying the quality. Start your task with the positivity and openness of The Sun inside you.

Golden Pollen (Winx Inspired)

A binding spell to prevent another from doing actions that will emotionally harm you.

You Will Need:

🌸 Green Glitter 🌸 Gold Glitter 🌸 Vines (such as ivy or morning glory, etc) or Green Thread or Twine 🌸 Poppet

Steps:

🌸 Take the poppet of the person and if you can write their name on it somewhere or taglock it

🌸 Begin wrapping up the poppet with your vine/thread chanting “I bind you, I wrap you in vines” as you do so. Tie it tightly.

🌸 Place poppet down and fill your palm with your gold and green glitter

🌸 “I blind you, I bind you, you will not harm anyone” say this a few more times before blowing the glitter from your palm harshly onto the poppet

🌸 Take your poppet and bury it in a pot or place it in a bag and hide it away somewhere dark

🌸 To free the bound person cut the vines/threads from them and then burn the poppet or throw it away

Note: for easy clean up lay out some paper towels to catch the glitter. Any glitter that falls onto the floor or onto carpet use packing tape to easily pick it up

Wrath’s Charm for Self-Love and Cosmic Love

Goal: Enchant an item to give you a nudge to remind you that you are loved and to love yourself.

Items Needed: Item to enchant and yourself.

Instructions: Take the item in your hand and hold it in direct sunlight for a minute or two. Let the rays flow over it and around it, as if coating the item in the loving light. After you have held it there, bring the item to your chest over your heart and recite this:

Warmed with the love all around me, Held in the palm of my hand, over my heart. Let me be reminded of all the love I have, let me be reminded of all the love I am given. When I touch this item, let it flow through me; The love I have for myself and the love from others.

Now the item is ready for wearing or keeping close at hand. Recharge it monthly if you feel it loses it’s effect.
