the funniest thing is that. i've just. gotten used to it. like yeah ok there was a public execution and bombs and daggers and lights and blood and slaps and Gerard Way from My Chemical Romance planned a suicide drag clown bomb-massacre and the Band was snatched and are forced to relive THE Black Parade over and over again.. like that to me is my favs being whimsical. but i imagine being a casual fan would be an insane thing to be rn.

I feel like I should let you all know that William "illi" McMillin worked on props for the I'm not okay music video. It's not uncommon for prop makers to add their names to props like this.

Official logo for the official blog for my in universe radio station @lucky-1077 . The first transmission should be on the airwaves this week! It’ll just be a quick little test, but feel free to start submitting news or whatever random shit you want to :)

I’ve decided I’m going with a mix of textposts for little things over at @lucky-1077 and @ignitionwizard , station blogs will be little news things or updates and the killjoy blog will stay in character as the dj! So it’s rp style or something. And there will be podcast format videos on YouTube for the actual radios audio. It won’t be live like an actual radio but it’ll still be rad and it’ll have radio announcements and music and fun stuff when when we start getting submissions and doing little killjoy interviews or storytime or poetry or literally whatever! I still have some things to figure out but with any luck it should be up and running by the end of the week :D

god this is the real return!!! i think the inclusion of so many conventional weapons songs and a complete subversion of setlist order really cements us in the next era of mcr.

thinking back to the shrine opening with the medley of intros leading into i'm not okay, and comparing with them opening today with the new single. they've set something new in motion. and i'm so excited. nostalgia may have got people through the doors but it didn't have a place on that stage. thats a band looking forward, not back.
