my main issue with making aus is that i will also make sub aus. like the au but theres some different significant change or addition to it. and ill keep making these in my brain until theres like an entire ecosystem of them

I don't daydream much these days but I got really focused on Elmentia for a couple of days and now I feel like getting back to world-building, I love this paracosm so so much

My daydreams have gotten boring again.

I'm on medication that makes me dissociate less -and so less likely to fall into a daydream- but I had to reduce the dose because it makes me want to eat the whole world and my ED didn't like it so now I'm way more easily distracted and so more likely to daydream again but it all feels kinda... blank? Idk like I can't form a paracosm or AU that lasts more than a day and it makes me want more again
