Terfs/radfems/anti trans go die

Warnings:
I talk a lot
Uhhhhh I have a pretty foul mouth
I talk a lot about my bf bc i am gay as fuck about him
I use the block button liberally and mostly w/o explaining. If we’re like mutuals for a while and suddenly i decide to block you i might let you know but like. If you follow me and i feel like i don’t wanna interact w you (for any number of reasons) i’ll probably just block you without saying anything
Other Blogs!
@blueberry-bruises for Whump! Includes gore, violence, etc., so read warnings please!
@blueberry-offerings for religion/spiritual stuff (pagan/Aphrodite devotee) (not very active)
@bluest-pup (18+) IRL kink/nsfw sideblog. Minors DO NOT INTERACT. Read warnings.
Important Boundaries
I’m unlabelled and I like it that way, if you see me use labels it’s probably in a context where it’s just easier. Don’t apply them for me even if you think they’re right. Anything more specific than “trans” and “queer” makes me feel Weird usually
Should go without saying but on my very rare NSFW posts minors are not welcome. My blog is mostly minor friendly but those posts arent. Block #nsfw and #suggestive if under 18. I do RB sex ed posts (with #sex ed) which anyone can interact with, as I feel age restricting education is counterproductive.
This account is for me, not you. If you don’t like the content i post or reblog then you can leave. Discourse asks are deleted unless I feel like pointing and laughing.
There's always a moment of intense cultural whiplash whenever I realize I'm talking to someone who thinks "legal" and "illegal" are meaningful categories and ascribes innate goodness to following the law. It's like meeting a space alien.
The suburbs dream of violence. Asleep in their drowsy villas, sheltered by benevolent shopping malls, they wait patiently for the nightmares that will wake them into a more passionate world.
"From these made-up horrors, these fictionalized enemies, he had created a villain worthy of the violent bravado that he imagined he would display if confronted by said villain. This web of racist lies was what he needed to make himself seem like a man. He invented a story about bad guys who were out to get him, and he repeated it to himself and others until he believed it. Then he made up another story- of himself as hero, defending himself and his family against this violent threat- and he repeated that one until he believed it too. Brian wrote himself into his own American westen, a world of cowboys and Indians, cops and robbers. And for a man with no job, few friends, and a family that couldn't stand him, pretending to be a main character in violent American mythology was as close to belonging as he was ever going to get."
sometimes people experiencing psychosis and/or mania will come up to you on the street and talk in confusing or upsetting ways. your job is to either have a regular human-to-human conversation with that person or politely leave. your job is not to call 911. do not call 911. you might kill that person if you call 911.
I don't even have the energy to screenshot and respond to your tags- what the actual fuck is wrong with you? "the cops are scared and rightfully so" "mental health calls are the scariest for cops" OH so this isn't about the safety of psychotic & manic people this is about piggy feelings?
and no, actually, this is not USA specific and no, actually, people from other countries should not ignore this post. police violence and sanism weren't invented in the US and they are certainly not unique to here. if you (or anyone) thinks that this bullshit doesn't happen elsewhere then you are not listening.
This is legitimately useful reframing. A while ago I started replacing the word "cop" in my vocabulary with "a man with a gun." It really puts things into perspective.
This homeless person is making me uncomfortable. Should I call [a man with a gun]?
My neighbor is having a loud party. Should I get [a man with a gun] involved?
There are some teenagers skateboarding. Do you think [a man with a gun] would get rid of them for me?
It makes it very clear what you're saying. I can call a man with a gun to threaten or hurt someone mildly inconveniencing me. You're not calling the cops, you're calling A MAN WITH A GUN into a situation that does not warrant a firearm handled by a volatile lunatic who will not be held accountable for his actions.
The addition of the hormone progesterone to gender-affirming hormone therapy leads to increased breast growth for transgender people followi
this is extremely exciting. progesterone's effect on breast growth has been under-studied for so long and as a result has stopped a lot of transfems from getting on it. this could potentially be a game changer in a great way. i'm shaking. holy fuck.

I don’t care if you’re ace you have to be normal about sex. You gotta stop acting like sex is “impure” or dirty or literally anything other than an activity some people do. You just gotta.
‘The Ghetto Tarot’: Haitian artists transform classic tarot deck into stunning real life scenes:
Welcome to the Ghetto Tarot, a project from award-winning documentary photographer Alice Smeets and a group of Haitian artists known as Atis Rezistans. The idea was to take the classic Rider-Waite tarot deck of 78 cards and create a photographic version of each card using settings and objects in the vibrant ghetto of Haiti.
As Smeets says, “The spirit of the Ghetto Tarot project is the inspiration to turn negative into positive while playing. The group of artists ‘Atiz Rezistans’ use trash to create art with their own visions that are a reflection of the beauty they see hidden within the waste. They are claiming the word ‘Ghetto,’ thus freeing themselves of its depreciating undertone and turning it into something beautiful.”
Not wanting to have sex is NOT a problem. It doesn’t matter if you are asexual or allo, there is nothing wrong with not wanting sex. It’s just an activity. That’d be like saying that if you don’t like soccer, you need to go to soccer therapy to figure out why you dislike it and figure out how to like it because it’s for your own good. See how ridiculous that sounds? IT IS OK TO NOT WANT TO HAVE SEX AND IT IS NOT SOMETHING THAT NEEDS TO BE FIXED!!!!!!
