mate if the writers told me in season 1 they were interested in exploring an extremely slow burn, complicated, forbidden workplace romance with me and a super compelling, compatible character, followed up with a shirtless scene in season 2 where the only sexy part is me seeing her compassion and quietly offering to help her patient ... only to then rip the other character from the show without notice or explanation at the end of season 2, i would literally never shut up about it i would be so fucking insufferable. shawn should keep bringing it up forever

well, that’s really crappy news to get back online to…

my poor shipper heart feels sad that mohabbot won’t ever set sail (part of me wants to be delusional and think she’s coming back a later season), but i’ve been in fandoms for a long time. i’m very used to writers doing things like this unfortunately. but this isn’t just about mohabbot:

seeing another woman of color exit the show (rumor is supriya isn’t leaving by choice either) really, really sucks. especially a doctor who made calling out medical discrimination such a central part of her arc, and a doctor who really listened to her patients! i feel like mohan was treated so shitty this season, she’s been constantly berated and sidelined - as an r4 we should really be seeing her more. i feel like her arc’s ending is going to be so lackluster, such a big buildup for nothing, but there’s still a few episodes left this season. we’ll see what happens.

very strange that they’d drop this news before season 2’s conclusion too, like what were they thinking??

despite the bad news i’m going to keep on keeping on and will always ship mohabbot. that’s what fandoms and fanfiction are for. all of your creations, fanfics, and fanart make it all worth it, this is the first time in a long time i’ve felt this inspired in a ship and fandom! ❤️

i’m also going to keep supporting supriya ganesh with whatever’s next for her. i am excited that ayesha harris who plays dr ellis will get her time to shine though!

Watching fellow Mohabbot shippers like

It’s disappointing that she won’t be in season 3, 100%, but it makes sense for her to move on to another hospital. Maybe she’ll gain the confidence she’s looking for and come back in season 4 (~~manifesting~~)

In the meantime we still have Ao3, Tumblr, etc. and the wealth of creativity that propels this ship forward.

With or without canon, we sail on.

COLLAR IS DONE AAHHHH, so I had to do a side by side with the game model!

Almost 50 hours of actual embroidery, plus roughly another 10 for the border stitching details, all done by hand. Whew! But look at it, I’m so damn proud!

I hadn’t initially planned on lining this, but now I think I will for a more finished feel. So that’s next, then sewing up the sleeves/sides, and then it’s back to embroidery hell for the hem xD And in the meantime, I need to get back to the stitching details on the trousers, because I can only do a little of that at a time before my hands start screaming at me.

Fanart I did a little while ago for Afterlife on AO3 by cweepa and Dummptruck!

I was hooked from the beginning but this scene from chapter 3 absolutely enchanted me. I personally have zero experience with the cyberpunk genre and I'm having such a good time with all of the worldbuilding in this fic. It's told from Astarion's POV and his headspace is so well-written and nuanced, and the depictions of the other origins have been delightful. Also android Gale is so precious- he's made me cry multiple times so far LMAO

the difference between the beginning of s1e1 and the ending of s2e8 lives in my head rent free cuz the way maddie looking directly in to the camera at the end of the series. i dont really have the knowledge to explain the meaning behind this detail but it haunts me 24/7
