Please take care of yourself. This is just a little reminder to myself and anyone else that needs it, that your body is a gift, a temple housing your beautiful soul. Your body doesn't necessarily have the same stamina/endurance as your mind, so please give it the time it needs to recover. By this I mean that, for me, it is easy to get lost doing certain activities and time flies without my noticing. So, I tend to stay up super late and forget to stay hydrated and sleep because I'm busy mentally, doing things I didn't have time for earlier in the day. So please water yourself, and feed yourself, much like your pets and plants need these, it is important to give yourself mental and physical excercise, fuel and rest. This sounds so cheesy to say, but I forget to take care of myself and then my body begins to fall susceptible to ailments because I didn't/couldn't keep up. So this is your daily reminder to drink at least 8 glasses of water today, if you can, eat some food (the five food groups, babyyyyy- carbs, protein, fruits, veggies, and dairy) even if it's just a snack. Also take your vitamins and/or meds, and then get some rest so you can hopefully recover some energy for throughout the day tomorrow. Splash some water on your face, brush your teeth, and get some sleep.

Also, if these things are hard for you to do, either because of mental health or accessibility, do what you can to keep up. It might be hard to motivate yourself, but it's better to do this now than to run into trouble later because you didn't care for yourself and now you have medical/dental bills as aftermath to unintentionally neglecting your body's needs. So please keep these in mind too~ After all, we're all in different parts of life, growing in different ways, but know you're doing amazing, so keep going! 💙💙
