Here's a thing that nobody asked for! And it exists solely because I was trying to write a line of dialogue where Nomura identifies herself in an official manner to other changelings. Not shown are the other things born of this single line of dialogue, including:

Titles

Pay Grades

Job Descriptions

Field office structure

I unashamedly stole 99% of what you see from the org charts for the CIA, US Military, and L'oreal.

Feel free to use this in whatever form or fashion is useful to you. I also welcome feedback/suggestions/corrections/mocking for the absurdity of this exercise.

I was going to leave this as a reply but it was getting too long, so:

In keeping with the whole "changeling identities are secret even from each other" idea, when asked for her identification Nomura would state that she's an Officer G4, Americas, Command post 263.

Another changeling wishing to verify who she is/what she says she's there for would contact the Americas Regional Base, who would in turn yay or nay Nomura's existence (including face verification) and her stated purpose. But that's all the requestor gets.

Internally--as in, from an administrative perspective-- it's a little different. Nomura's true title is Special Operations Officer G4, IDing her as part of the Americas Regional Base's special operations/espionage team. However, because of the importance of her mission (assembling the bridge at Command Post 263, AKA the museum), Strickler transferred her to work directly under him. She states "Americas" in her verbal identification so that other changelings aren't aware she works at Central Command/HQ, which would immediately mark her as someone important and paint a target on her back.

But if you want feedback, here we go:

I think Europe and Africa should be separate. It's not the same continent and I don't see South America or Oceania either (or Antarctic).  (Same for the DSO)

Another questions: what about Aliens? Or others "realms" like the Darkland or the limbo?  I think someone should oversee them too. 🤔
