Hello there! Welcome to my Tumblr blog. The other tabs of my blog are outdated / not easy to access on the app so I figured a pinned post would be better.
This blog mainly consists of reblogs I either post as I find them or schedule to another date to space things out. I do make original content but not too often. Sometimes I'll do what I call "Tumblr Archeology"; dig up older posts and reblog them. Give them another chance to shine!
Mass Liking/Rebloging of posts are Okay! I would be a hypocrite otherwise lol.
I don't really check my notifications and might take a while to respond, so I apologize in advance if you try to contact me.
Content on this blog will have casual swearing and the occasional dirty joke, but nothing too extreme. Violence will only be notable if related to the subject (for example: blood/corpses in Left 4 Dead or some of the gross items in Binding of Isaac and how they affect the character).

June 7, 2025 - Added "Tumblr Archeology" explanation aka why I randomly reblog decade old stuff. I have technically made minor edits between now and the last changelog (including the est. 2012 thing to signify when I made my account), but I felt this one was the most substantial.
July 3, 2025 - Added a link to the Tumblr Status Report post I made, giving specifics on what to expect on the blog currently and in the near future. (I will not be adding to this changelog whenever I post a new one)
June 3, 2026 - Deleted my Linktree account due to an AI training policy they started. A Caard should be replacing it at some point (that was the landing page service I wanted to begin with, but I forgot the name of it at the time and found Linktree first.
I started playing the Linguini Cat game after it appeared on Sunday Sauce because the side modes intrigued me and I'm waiting for the Dragaea expansion to drop in a few days before that becomes my "game to run in the background" again
The gambling games kick my ass thank god I don't have any desire to gamble with actual money

This post goes into more detail about my thought process that's only skimmed in the video.
It started as a parody of Cynicahedron's "Kek or Cringe with Lance EBF5" but I dropped the idea after more and more stuff happened in Tomodachi Life that I had to explain.
April 24, 2026 - The 1st Islander Child is born. So, I modeled my Mii's first kid after the Persona 5X protagonist. I considered making him an islander even before the game came out but wasn't sure on how to handle it. Make him a kid and add some of the P5X love interests that are around his age (hell, I haven't even picked one in P5X itself lol)? Make him an adult like I did with Akechi?
By making him an Islander child, that solved my dilemma. I think things worked out well, considering I was comparing him to Lance already.
Elena (Markov/Azul's child) developed a crush on him, but considering she's named after old scam chatbots on Twitch I didn't want my son getting involved in that.
This is when I realized: there aren't many kids on the island, so he has limited options. The only other one at the time was Mary Jane, who he knew already since they live in the same house. As such, I decided to add someone new to the island. One of the possible love interests in P5X? Nah... I haven't even picked one myself.
I took this opportunity to once again shill my favorite Japanese indie game by adding Young Girl Mila from One Way Heroics Plus on May 6.
The skit was only going to be about Nagisa being born, but as I procrastinated longer and longer, I squeezed in this marriage (May 25) and the birth of his sister, Valkyrie (May 28) into the video.
Speaking of her, Valkyrie is of course named after Lance's signature tank. I thought of making her a gijinka of the tank, but I don't have a design and didn't want to steal an existing one. I have settled with keeping what the game gave me, adding to her hair a brown-red gradient and giving her clothes that vaguely resemble the tank. I also gave Nagisa a red-brown gradient around this time, but it's not as noticeable.
Before that, Peak Island's crackship of all-time (TeruGoro) had their 1st child on May 20. I thought of this being part of a sequel but since this first one took so long, I canceled it. I still wanted to make note of it, so it was snuck into this skit instead:
Male Morgan from Fire Emblem Awakening was the visual reference for this one. Why? Because he shares an English voice actor with Teruteru (Todd Haberkorn), calling back to how Teruteru shares a Japanese voice actor with Joker/Akira/Ren/P5 Protagonist (Jun Fukuyama).
The design the game originally gave me lowkey reminds me of Jerma985's Cathy Mitchell Mii lol.
June 15th 2026 - I had three different pairings ask about having a child, and one them was Nagisa (aka my Mii's grandchild). I put it off, because I didn't want this skit to become even more outdated than it already is...
Finally in early July, I found myself yet again delaying something in Tomodachi Life so I don't have to add yet another thing to the skit before it releases...
(Shoutout to the Akechi Pancakes video that released before this did)
Lowkey wondering if it's a competition, because Matt technically beat Lance to having three kids already (and had a fourth during the process of making this; granted I did not have either stay on the island). The Lamb saved me from making this choice, so the island was blessed with a Geep instead!
Alright back to lower effort stuff and the next Golden cube compilation. May also make a post giving a rundown on the other Islander Children at some point too.
On this day 12 years ago, I bought the game Edge of Space. This game was attempting to capitalize on the 2D sandbox game genre, releasing not too long after Starbound did. It has an official collaboration with Terraria, being the origin of the S.D.M.G. while Edge of Space got a Skeletron boss. It got abandoned roughly 10 years ago but...

As such I made today her birthday! Funny enough just like Bean last month, she had a fight in Tomodachi Life today. She didn't fight the person who reported her birthday at least.
Happy Birthday to the character that outlived the game she's from.
