As much as I enjoy the steambabies idea, and Izumi and Kya being headcanoned as sisters and Zutara's children...

Is anyone with me when I say I would really enjoy Zutara being childless?

Maybe I am opposing canon way too much and over compensating the way Katara's treated there, but also...

I'm dead scared of pregnancies, I think they change a woman as a person to the point of no return (better or worse) and as much as i don't want it for me, I don't want it for Katara somehow...

She's basically been a mother for all her childhood already, and that role was forced on her...

I kinda like the idea of her and Zuko restoring the balance of the nations together without the parents role attached to them, letting her more free to fight for what she believes in, and letting her free as a person in general.
