got into a bike accident last thursday because i glanced over my shoulder slightly too hard and bumped my other shoulder into the side of a massive truck, leaving no scratch on it but sending me flying over my handlebars and onto the ground where i wriggled around like a worm in the sun until someone stopped to help. there's a few brightsides to this. the first is that i can now confidently and technically accurately tell people i got into a bike accident involving a ford f-150, even if it was stationary and parked and it was mostly me that did the whole accident thing. but the second brightside is that ive realized that i can turn my deep seated anger of car centric infrastructure into violence against cars. i just need to start biking into them
